What will you do?

As a Demand Planning & Forecasting Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain and business operations. • Conduct regular crop tour in Indonesia and Malaysia, each trip would be 8 – 15 days each, 4 – 8 times a year
• Analyze and report crop tour result and suggest what adjustment need to be made on production forecast
• Do bi-weekly catch up with plantations to get updates about palm production, the actual and the forecast
• Follow closely weather data and weather forecast across palm region and highlight the impact to the team
• Gather information related to fertilizer and model it to predict the impact to palm yield
• Arrange regular meeting with plantations to get the latest issues around palm industry
• Lead discussion around palm/palm production with commercial and asset team on weekly meeting
• Collect weekly FFB price from various palm oil mills
• Ensure all palm related data and links in research database are updated everyday

• Ensure that the business has effective systems, procedures and controls for AML and KYC compliance, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness
• Develop and maintain AML policies, procedures, and measures inline with the applicable and evolving regulatory requirement
• Work cross-functionally in resolving compliance issues, question or investigations, with a goal of assessing the cause, developing corrective actions, and reducing future risks
• Continuously update knowledge on AML compliance rules, regulations, laws, and best practices
• Collaborate with auditors and regulators to minimize money-laundering risks to the business

Building Facility and Maintenance:

• Maintaining building facilities to provide comfort and appropriateness in coordination with Engineering and vendor.
• Managing cleaner outsource in providing services and making sure the cleanliness of building and facility in standard.
• Managing security cleaner outsource in providing services and making sure the security and safety in standard and making sure all asset safe.
• Managing other outside vendor (pest control, pool, and elevator) to provide service and make sure all the facility maintains and working in accordance with school standards and safety.
• Plan and monitor maintenance schedule is in place in coordination with engineering.
• Doing daily walkaround in all property area to make sure all-in place in accordance with “PATROL” system application and standard and follow up any issue and making sure it will be fixed.
• Resolving complaints, problems, and requests related with building and facilities.

Budget & Inventory Management

• Take good care of stocks, inventory, and other equipment. Maintain inventory and supplies for daily operation.
• Doing Stock Opname process on monthly basis in coordination with finance and make sure stock vs inventory system are balance.
• Controlling budget vs actual on daily operation when creating PR on the system
• Assisting Academic to create PR, RM and CA on the system. 

• Sales & Purchase Documentation: Create and oversee the completion of all necessary sales and purchase documents.
• Insurance: Prepare goods insurance applications.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with departments such as site logistics and surveyors to ensure efficient operations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Accounts Receivable: Proactively monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reporting: Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management and sales team review.
• Contract Review: Assist in reviewing buying and selling contracts and coordinate with the legal team to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining documentation using Atlas.

• Build and maintain relationship with corporates for purposes of student internship and alumni/graduates’ employment as well as career preparation events.
