About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Associate to join AMODA. In this position, you will be responsible for tasks such as preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and assisting with payroll. You will also be involved in various accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations and daily cash flow
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and address inquiries related to accounting and taxation
• Perform month-end and year-end closing process for the preparation of financial statements and management reports that guides for strategic decision-making
• Participating in audit processes and financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Conducting in-depth research on tax laws and regulations to identify opportunities for optimization and compliance enhancement
• Staying at the forefront of industry trends and tax developments to provide informed guidance to clients and internal teams
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/Tax/Banking or a related field from a reputable university
• 3+ years of working experience in the finance/accounting/tax department for a high growth organization or a start-up company (preferably in the construction/manufacturing/hospitality industry)
• Strong understanding of local accounting principles especially the updated one such as PSAK 72 & PSAK 73, Tax Regulations, and Financial Reporting rules in Indonesia
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate and Jurnal.id (preferably), Ms. Suite, and Taxation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytic skills, and problem solving
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Having Brevet A & B certificates would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life for the assigned city
• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation
• Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games

About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team at AMODA, a leading construction technology company. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the construction warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and administrative support to the warehouse team. This position also requires handling inventory management, processing incoming shipments, overseeing administrative duties, ensuring the availability of raw materials, and generating reports. The Warehouse Administrator will also create purchase requests and track raw material consumption.

• Perform regular inventory and materials counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) as scheduled.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify the accuracy of items, quantities, and other details.
• Execute administrative tasks in an organized and systematic manner.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials for construction projects by maintaining standard minimum stock levels.
• Supervise and prepare weekly reports on raw material waste, incoming samples, and quality control samples.
• Create and submit purchase requisitions for materials needed for construction projects to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Monitor and oversee the usage of raw materials to ensure efficient use and prevent shortages.

• A Diploma 3 or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.

Your role 

In this context, you’ll be joining as Data Engineer, and reporting to the Tech Lead. As Data Engineer you will also be assisting cross-departments such as Marketing and Sales teams. The Data Engineer will complete routine data engineer work and oversee simple to complex projects of data migration, database migration, ETL Migration, and many more.

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for the following activities: 

• Work closely with data architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and robust data architectures that meet the organization's requirements
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, which involve the extraction of data from various sources, data transformation to ensure quality and consistency, and loading the processed data into data warehouses or other storage systems
• Responsible for managing data warehouses and data lakes, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate data from different sources, such as databases, APIs, and external systems, to create unified and comprehensive datasets.
• Perform data transformations and implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to convert raw data into formats suitable for analysis and reporting
