5. Membuat rencana dan realisasi kerja beserta laporan bulanan / tahunan..

6. Membuat Laporan aktivitas lapangan (pengecekan aktivitas dan hasil panen, pengecekan cost book perawatan dan panen serta pengecekan aktivitas kendaraan).

7. Membuat panggilan kerja karyawan.

8. Memeriksa kondisi jalan.

9. Memastikan tidak ada buah dan berondolan yang tertinggal dilapangan dan telah diantar ke PKS.

10. Cross blok bersama dengan pimpinan, mandor I, mandor perawatan, dan mandor panen secara berkala.

11. Memeriksa inventaris /alat kerja yang diberikan perusahaan.

12. Permintaan dana untuk pembayaran hasil kerja (SPK).

13. Menghadiri rapat K3 secara berkala dan memastikan semua APD digunakan dengan benar.

14. Melakukan pembayaran prunning progressive setiap 3 bulan sekali.

15. Melakukan pembayaran gaji & pinjaman karyawan 2 kali dalam sebulan.

16. Membuat laporan kecelakaan kerja.

17. Memastikan tersedianya tempat tinggal untuk karyawan baru.

18. Melakukan Patroli api setiap hari pada musim kemarau.

19. Merencanakan pengerjaan pembukaan lahan yang telah diganti rugi oleh Perusahaan.

20. Mengatur dan mengarahkan kerja alat berat kontraktor dan mandor dalam membuka lahan.

21. Mengawasi dan memeriksa hasil kerja Kontraktor dan Mandor. .

22. Melakukan survey lahan yang akan dibuka untuk Land Clearing.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will have two primary responsibilities; 

• The training curriculum, execution and ongoing market support of Avery Dennison & Mactac branded products for the Thailand and Vietnam countries specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Wrapping films (SWF, UWF) and Automotive Window Films (AWF). 
• Managing the Training & technical support with our Technical, Marketing & Commercial organizations.

The purpose & scope of the role:

• Be integral to the Automotive Solutions segment for Thailand and Vietnam by driving customer-focused value-added services, application & warranty support and internal/external training programs aligned with local business strategy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Technical lead and support the implementation of the Automotive Solutions strategy across Thailand and Vietnam
• Develop and deliver market-leading PPF, SWF and Automotive Window Film application workshops, providing up-to-date and relevant content and practical skills to users of Avery Dennison products.
• Manage the Training & technical support in collaboration with Technical, Marketing & Commercial stakeholders. 
• Lead internal technical upskilling of our Technical, Marketing & Commercial teams in the areas of PPF, SWF and  AWF applications.
• Technical lead for the development and management of template design and maintenance
• Assess critical warranty claims, identify root causes and develop corrective action plans
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and training-related events within the Automotive industry for professional development 
• Support the implementation and certification of the Specialist Converter and Installer Network throughout Thailand and Vietnam
• Regularly research the latest training trends and resources within the Automotive industry
• Undertake and deliver on objectives for special new product introduction, application and research projects as required
• Drive quality initiatives ensuring total quality satisfaction for our customers.
• Actively support the Avery Dennison ICS Warranty Program by qualifying and issuing ICS Warranties in Thailand and Vietnam for programs identified by sales and marketing staff.
• Support the evaluation in qualifying raw materials & new products by understanding customer needs and evaluation (VOC) for locally, regionally or globally manufactured products
• Review and produce technical documentation for Thailand and Vietnam; Including Product Data Sheets and Instructional Bulletins
• Recommend processes and procedures for Technical support for distribution and converter customers in conjunction with Technical Marketing, Sales & Marketing teams
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports in relation to technical activities.
• Joint field calls with strategic customers to help deliver incremental business through targeted share-gain programs 
• Build & maintain professional and regular contact with Divisions overseas U.S, Europe and Asia Pacific to ensure relationships and information flow
• Interstate and international travel for training, conferences and meetings will be required up to monthly

• Create comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence in modern trade channels, both nationals and local modern trade channels.

• Build and manage relationships with key account clients to obtain leverage for mutual sales / profitability benefit
• Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales volumes through existing and new distributors.
• Negotiate and develop JBP (joint business plan) for assigned distributors in line with all stakeholders
• Monitor, evaluate distributors performance, ensuring they meet agreed-upon targets and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Find new distributors to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to maximize distribution coverage, ensure product availability in the distributors, and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Organize training and development sessions for distributor teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within the sales team
• Design, prepare, and deliver training and development programs about sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and relationship management
• Plan, communicate, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities of day-to-day operations for various training programs
• Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
• Assist with the development and support of a Learning Management System and other scalable learning solutions
