AYANA Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the HR function to support the growth and success of our hotel. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and values
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Implement performance management processes, including conducting regular evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure effective communication to employees
- Collaborate with department managers to support their HR needs and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- An assertive leader, process driven with a high degree of compliance
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Experience in at least one remote location in a leadership role
