- Regularly review FSS processes for process continuous improvement opportunities. Deliver small-scale process change projects.
- Ensure that any standard operating procedures and process maps utilised to carry out FSS processes are accurate and up-to-date. Ensure that transactions, reconciliations and any supporting documentation are filed and can be recovered in accordance with Financial Control policy.
- Enhance Finance skills via an agreed and documented development plan.

• To analyse and provide up-to-date sales performance data (daily sales vs. forecast) and daily stock to drive sales for Asia BD to enable > 95% customer service satisfaction level.
• To actively lead Forecast Consensus Meeting (FCM) to review and input realistic rolling sales demand 6-24 months horizon in APO and Business Planning meeting/presentation.

• To collaborate with Marketing, Business Developments /Sales, Regional Supply Chain Business Partner, Finance, Planners and Customer Service to ensure smooth NPD and existing products’ stock availability SLOBs (slow moving and obsolete) management (avoidance); identify obsolete risks, initiate and follow through required actions to avoid obsoletes.

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master degree in any field
• 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Roles with minimum 3 year of experience in Demand Planning and S&OP/SIOP/IBP process facilitation (including working knowledge of SAP APO).
• FMCG industries background
• Oral & written English communication
• Strong analytical skills: must feel comfortable working with several sources of data and information to identify relevant insights. Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
• Strong personal computer skills required, proficiency in the use of excel, including advanced spreadsheet tools.
