• Troubleshooting on issues which happen during production.

About you

• Assisting general Automotive Aftermarket team in executing all marketing
  activities, such as marketing visit, marketing campaign and marketing events.
• Handling marketing system (SAP and pricing tools).
• Helping in setting special price, free of charge request, and rebooking order
• Managing ticket approval, invoice, and booking as travel coordinator.

• Supporting operational function for Warehouse activity
• Support monitoring and follow up all pending activity in Warehouse (Visualization, Order back log and storage in WH, Closing activity).
• Follow proper communication with business units for daily operation.
• Supporting administration process related to warehouse activity (customer complaint, urgent delivery, transfer stock monitoring, and claim letter).

• Supporting operational function for Farm Support Package (FSP) accounting & finance activity
• Mitigating and scanning the vendor, third parties, and forwarder invoices
• Listing logbook invoices intercompany
• Follow proper communication with business units for daily operation
• Supporting administration process related to farm activity
