1. Beautician / Ahli Kecantikan (Pengalaman/Non pengalaman silahkan melamar)

JOBDESK BEAUTICIAN :

Melayani customer & memberikan konsultasi mengenai kecantikan dan kesehatan, mengerjakan treatment sesuai SOP yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan seperti (Massage, Facial, Waxing, Eyelash, Manipedicure, Body Scrub, Creambath, Dll)

Sistem kerja 10 jam kerja :

- Jam kerja  Shift 1 = 09.00 - 19.00

                      Shift 2 = 11.00 - 21.00

- Libur 1 minggu sekali.

- kontrak kerja 1 tahun 2 bulan

- harus ada ijazah pendidikan terakhir Asli / SKL (Surat Keterangan Lulus)

- Training dilaksanakan di Zafaran Training Center (Solo Jawa Tengah) 

Bagi yang belum ada pengalaman , akan disediakan training , training nya 1 bulan.

Sistem pendapatan Beautician :

- ada gaji pokok , komisi , uang lembur , uang tip & bonus.

- Waktu training pendapatan mulai dari 1.4 jt perbulan - 1.8 jt perbulan

- Setelah selesai training pendapatan mulai dari 2.3 jt perbulan - 3 jt perbulan .

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• At least 3 years of working experience as an Organizational Development Supervisor/ Specialist
• Have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data along with the capability to visualize it in a comprehensive format
• Solid exposure in manufacturing industry both at holding and business unit levels
• Having experience in project management is a plus

Preferred skills

• Min 10 years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial and management consulting, private equity, venture capital or in-house M&A activities.
• Strong financial modelling, report writing, analytical and data-processing skills.
• Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred.
• Good business sense and commercial awareness
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (writing & speaking)

- Analisa Permohonan Pembiayaan

- Melakukan Monitoring Pembiayaan Paska Cair

- Melakukan Penagihan Atas Tunggakan Kepada Nasabah

1. Mempersiapkan material promosi (stock, PR & permintaan sales)
2. Melakukan update di media social terkait produk AM
3. Meminta approval promo untuk departemen Sales
4. Memberikan support atas kebutuhan Sales & Marketing
5. Membuat administrasi marketing secara lengkap dan terarsip dengan rapi
6. Membuat invoicing
