As a Senior FM Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of facility management with a focus on ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) services in luxurious properties. Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the area of ELV services, including but not limited to structured cabling, security systems, audiovisual systems, and building management systems

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on ELV services

About the role

Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, management of project financials and drive client relationship management for assigned FIS client.
