Job Description:

- Plans and designs IT Audit Program to ensure improvement in the IT General Controls and Application Controls

- Conduct audit or lead audit teams in performance IT Audit and review of systems application and IT process

- Perform pre and post implementation reviews of system implementation or enhancements

- IT Security Audits including evaluating if security vulnerabilities are properly identified and mitigated

- Evaluate information general computing controls and provide value added feedback. Test compliance with those controls

- Perform various other reviews of IT management policies and procedures such as change management, business continuity planning/ disaster recovery and information security to ensure that controls surrounding these process are adequate

1.     Design network communication architecture based on Bank's needs

2.     Configure hardware/software based on configuration standards

3.     Carrying out capacity planning and monitoring for the network communications system

4.     Quickly identify, diagnose and resolve network communications and hardware/software related problems

1.     Collaborate and cooperate with various stakeholders to develop technical security solutions, plans, and configurations to meet the goals of the Bank, as well as identify potential cyber-attacks on the Bank's infrastructure

2.     Coordinate between teams in analyzing the security risk of the Bank's information system and IT infrastructure

3.     Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures related to information security and cybersecurity

4.     Monitoring and analyzing suspicious communication network activity to identify misuse or security threats

5.     Manage information security platforms and software, such as antivirus, firewall, and other security technologies

6.     Develop, maintain, and monitor security configurations on servers, network devices, and traffic endpoints through monitoring tools provided by the Bank

7.     Provide security awareness training regularly to all employees

8.     Develop plans and carry out simulations related to handling IT security incidents

9.     Coordinate to perform regular activity of Penetration Testing and Vulnerability assessment

10. Coordinate with related parties in updating patches on devices owned by the bank

11. Coordinate with the Business team in conducting cyber security and Information Security risk analysis

12. Coordinate to prepare regular mandatory report related to cyber security to regulator

Job Descriptions:

1.     Analyze requirements documentation and provide constructive feedback with detailed test estimations

2.     Perform test scoping, estimation, preparation, and execution for application enhancements and bug fixes

3.     Administer detailed test plans, progress reports, and end of test reports

4.     Liaise with product managers, team leads, and developers to accurately understand the systems and produce effective test scripts and execution plans

5.     Define test scenarios based on business requirements

6.     Debug, record, and manage defects throughout project lifecycle

7.     Ensure application/system delivered to the end-user with adequate quality

8.     Create and own a scalable testing pipeline throughout the development lifecycle

• Represent Wall Street English brand by adhering corporate identity from attending booth.
• Engage and communicate with guests and/or potential customers to gather the details and information about the guests.
• Deliver basic knowledge about WSE.
• Build the trust with the guests with a result of setting an appointment for them to visit WSE Centers.
• Come up with innovative ways to convince guests to show up in the appointments that have been set with our Center Personal Consultant (online/offline).
• Develop a good relationship with the guests.
• Go above-and-beyond to reach individual and team's target.

We are looking for a tax accountant who achieved results with accuracy and precision in general tax accounting practices, financial statement, CITR, WHT and VAT monthly tax return, TP.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily finance/tax operations for legal entities in Indonesia
• Liaise with auditor and tax authorities / tax agent /corporate secretary/Director of Company
• Ensure statutory compliance in terms of financial, tax, legal and corporate secretarial matters. 
• Perform all tax compliance routines (accurately and on time) related to Corporate Income Tax, withholding taxes, VAT and all other applicable indirect taxes.
• Coordinating Tax audits (CIT, VAT) and pre-empting any potential issues.
• Drive Transfer Pricing documentation local regulatory requirements together with our consultants and Regional Office
• Business partnering to the business areas of the company regarding tax matters and drive improvement of local operational procedures related thereto.
• Support global Oracle system configuration regarding any local indirect and direct taxes changes and adaptations, manage all other parallel systems that sustains the tax environment.
• Support and follow up on reporting on cases under Tax Court.
• Support strategic tax planning to minimize risks and optimize tax costs.
• Perform analysis of tax related GL Codes and deferred tax, periodically as required by group financial reporting instruction following IFRS and local PSAK.
• Maintain good working relations with key stakeholders (including but not limited to tax authorities, auditors, internal customers etc)
• Understand new updated changes in tax and accounting legislation proposed by MOF/DGT/PSAK and work/brief GSS Regional Office on an implementation strategy.
• VAT, WHT and CITR (Revenue, Expenses) Equalization (SP2DK letter)
• Ensure DGT forms are collected and compliance with the relevant service transaction with foreign countries that concluded double taxation convention with Indonesia
• Review and validate Faktur Pajak before it is recorded in the system and reported to the tax authority, including E-faktur, Monthly VAT Reporting.
• Ad hoc assignment assigned by Line Manager

• Learn and practice on how to deliver prepared communication or conversation to describe our products or services, aimed to persuade prospects and potential customers to join Wall Street English as a Member.
• Build trust and develop long-term relationships with Members.
• Go above-and-beyond to WOW our Members and help them achieve their goals.
• Come up with innovative ways to maximize referrals and renewals by delighting Members on a daily basis.
• Training days will be 5 days in a week with 2 days off in a week. Days off may not be on weekends.
