Role Overview

The role

You will be responsible for developing compelling, on-brand content across Love, Bonito’s platforms, with a special focus on day-to-day product description pages (PDP), as well as broader campaign and social media copy. This role demands a versatile wordsmith who can balance creative storytelling with clear, sales-driving product messaging. Additionally, the Lead Copywriter will OC and manage social content writing, ensuring high-quality output and a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Description Writing: Write sharp, detailed, and engaging product descriptions for daily updates to the website, ensuring each product's unique selling points (USPs) are highlighted in a manner that resonates with Love, Bonito’s target audience. Ensure every description stays true to the brand’s tone and style, while enhancing the shopping experience.
• Campaign Copy: Develop creative and aspirational copy for seasonal campaigns, ensuring that brand stories and key messaging are clear and compelling across all media channels, including emails, website, social, and retail.
• Social Media Content: Collaborate with the marketing and social teams to create punchy, shareable social media content that aligns with brand strategy and engages the community. Maintain the brand’s approachable, yet stylish tone across all platforms.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Content: Work closely with the SEO team to develop keyword-rich, engaging content that boosts organic visibility and drives traffic. Ensure all content maintains the brand’s tone while optimizing for search engines without sacrificing readability.
• Quality Control (QC): Review and approve content produced by the social content writing team, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality control. Be the final gatekeeper for copy before it goes live, ensuring it’s error-free and aligned with Love, Bonito’s voice.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure product messaging is clear and consistent across all customer touchpoints. Ensure that all copy, from product pages to emails and ads, supports the brand’s overall business objectives.
• Mentorship & Team Oversight: Provide direction and support to the social content writing team, offering feedback and guidance on copy style, structure, and brand alignment. Foster creativity while maintaining the brand’s voice and helping the team manage multiple projects.
• Editing & Proofreading: Maintain exceptional standards for written content, editing for grammar, style, tone, and overall clarity. Ensure all copy reflects the brand identity, whether it's product descriptions, campaign messaging, or everyday communications.
• Innovative Storytelling: Continuously push boundaries with creative storytelling across all platforms, staying ahead of trends in language, content style, and engagement strategies. Ensure all copy remains relevant and inspiring to Love, Bonito’s diverse and evolving customer base.

• Creative Writing & Copywriting: Proven track record in writing creative copy that blends storytelling with clear business objectives. Ability to adapt tone and style to different formats, from product descriptions to long-form campaign copy.
• Product Description Expertise: Demonstrated ability to write sharp, engaging, and conversion-driven product descriptions. Strong understanding of how to highlight key product features in a way that is both informative and compelling to customers.

• 10+ years experience in Sales

• Strong experience selling to FSI Industry

• Strong experience selling software or solutions

• Strong experience in either Payments or Core banking solutions preferred

• Experience in successful sales and complex deals/contract negotiations with Major banks preferred

As a Product Analyst at INDICO, you will play a critical role in overseeing data-driven decision-making for INDICO product and business lines, which include digital goods commerce, engagement platform, Edutech, HealthTech, and game publishing businesses. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-entity data across a variety of industries, driving impactful business outcomes and product development. You will collaborate with multiple business units to plan, strategize, and accelerate growth, leveraging complex data to provide actionable insights that support informed decisions, as well as build and expand the data analyst organization.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Collaborate with Indico and its subsidiaries to plan, strategize, and drive growth through data-driven insights.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business and product decisions.
• Develop and deploy dashboards to track key metrics for different business units, including Edutech, Healthtech, and Game Publishing.
• Conduct both regular and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and special projects.
• Partner with Product and Data Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and ensure data accuracy across multiple entities.
• Design and analyze experiments to assess initiatives and optimize business outcomes.
• Track and measure the impact of data-driven strategies, providing regular updates on their effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, evaluate data, and deliver actionable insights across Indico and its subsidiaries.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) for dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role.
• Effective communication and storytelling skills to present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, tackle complex challenges, and deliver actionable insights.
• Passion for data, curiosity about analysis, and a proactive attitude in exploring solutions.
• Experience in A/B testing, statistical experimentation, or building predictive models is a plus.

Responsibility

1. Coordinate and update incoming stock inventory.
2. Make reports and monitor stock consumables regularly in the warehouse.
3. Optimize inventory to meet warehouse needs.
4. Request purchase orders from procurement as needed with the approval of superiors.
5. Reconcile actual stock counts with computer-generated reports.
6. Receive and count the number of goods entering the warehouse area.
7. Doing goods received and goods issues in the SAP HANA system.
8. Arrange goods displays and memorize the names of goods in the warehouse.
9. Checks the goods before sending and ensures that the goods have passed QC checks according to existing standards.
10. Carry out packaging, weighing, and marking goods before sending them to customers.
11. Create a Tagging ID on the product according to the serial number listed on the SO
