Responsibilities:

• Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
• Deliver NSBI safety performance to the project team include contractor as per NSBI Safety Management Plan
• Develop all safety document related, prior to work execution (JSEA and other permits)
• Deliver continuous improvement idea and implementation to support production line, maintenance area, utility and warehouse area.
• Develop technical document related to new equipment provision or equipment modification.
• Manage communication with contractor related to job offer, tendering process, and work execution
• Support NSBI Strategic Project and small improvement project related to: Mechanical Design Mechanical Installation and construction
• Ensure project compliance with all NSBI regulation and Code of Practice (COP) and government regulation.
• Manage assigned CAPEX project under approved budget and promised timeline. Also need to ensure the project safety performance by achieving “Zero Harm”
• Ensure Change management is properly implemented before performing any modification.
• Ensures quality of work and documentation for project based task

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safely the outputs expected in the business plan on a day to day, week to week basis
• Uphold, support, and improve upon the conduct of business processes according to company policies and procedures.
• Support and comply with all procedures, policies and accountabilities as defined under this same heading for the manager of this position (See “Reports To” at top of this document).
• Manage direct/key raw materials purchase plan according to the customer order and/or demand and production requirement in context of customer order fulfillment
• Align the key raw materials quality, quantity, and their acquisition timing with the production planning
• Align the customer requirement with supply capabilities
• Measure, monitor, and follow up KRM supplier performance
• To maintain a good coordination with the sales, customer service, logistics, manufacturing team, to meet the customer requirement through regular communications
• Analyze and highlight root cause of non-conformance in KRM by coordinating with related department to setup follow up action
• Communicate with the technical/quality team concerning any KRM quality or process issue which has effects on delivery commitments
• Maintain a good inventory KRM turnover by consistent inventory monitoring

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Auditor at Public Accounting Firm (KAP)

• In-depth knowledge of PSAK & Tax regulation in Indonesia

• Strong in Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & used to work with ERP Software (SAP)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skill

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Strong leadership and personnel management skills

• Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.
