The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for performing individual internal audit projects, as part of the Audit Master Plan. Key Responsibilities

• The role would be based in Indonesia. The scope of work would entail regional involvementfor all the entities under the group classified under Cluster A (Vietnam & Indonesia) withdirect reporting line to the Cluster A Group Internal Audit Manager.

• Develop and implement sales strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including property buyers, sellers and investors.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities
• Lead negotiations on property deals, ensuring favorable terms for clients and the company.
• Use data analysis to make informed decisions on pricing and sales strategies

• Min. Bachelor degree in any subject
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in property sales, particularly in the industrial estate sector/ consultant
• Proven track record of successful property sales & meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of the property market, property values and industry trends.
• Strong analytical data skills
