• Design risk management policies and frameworks for company needs
• Monitor, execute and evaluate all risks that may and have occurred in every line of business of the company
• Perform internal control to prevent and reduce risk to the company
• Developing a risk management framework and infrastructure in line with the development of the company
• Act against the risks that occur in the company
• Create a risk assessment review that is reported to the Head of Division/Director and take the necessary actions
• Conduct regular internal audits
• Obliged to protect data and information related to customers, systems and everything related to the company
• Provide input and suggestions according to their respective fields, for the development and progress of the company

• Develop and Implement Key Account/Channel Strategy in Modern & Traditional Trade to achieve company sales targets.
• Manage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership
• Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch Home Appliance business in Indonesia
• Provide the planning and leadership to the Sales Reps by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan
• Develop Performance appraisal of the team, provide coaching and developing potential team members to further develop their career path within the organisation

Tugas Pekerjaan:

• Menguasai bidang mekanikal, elektrikal, termasuk pemeliharaan, perbaikan, pencegahan serta troubleshooting dan keahlian teknis lainnya
• Berpengalaman sebagai Teknisi (listrik arus kuat dan arus lemah)
• Mengetahui dasar-dasar K3 (Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja)
• Mampu bekerjasama dengan pihak internal maupun external
• Mampu bekerja baik dengan tim maupun individu
• Memecahkan masalah kerusakan dan melakukan perbaikan
• Mengontrol penggunaan utilities yang ada
• Melakukan pemeliharaan / perbaikan kerusakan pada peralatan Mechanical / Electrical & Plumbing
• Melakukan pencatatan harian terhadap peralatan Mechanical / Electrical
• Menangani instalasi, pemeliharaan dan perbaikan berkaitan dengan HVAC, equipment elektronik, equipment non-elektronik, kelistrikan, dan plumbing

Essential Duties:

Strategic Channel Management:

• Develop and implement holistic channel marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Oversee and optimize the performance of Social Media, Communication, Customer Service, PR, Website, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Derive and implement Brand Communication strategies across all channels.

Customer Experience Management:

• Lead the Customer Service team to deliver exceptional and seamless customer experiences.
• Use customer feedback to inform and enhance marketing strategies.

PR and Media Relations:

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers.

Website Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website.
• Collaborate with the Web Team to ensure a user-friendly and engaging online presence.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Drive digital marketing initiatives across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize campaigns and enhance online visibility.

Creative Direction:

• Lead the Creative team to develop compelling visuals and content for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
