Responsibilities

• Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life for the assigned city
• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation
• Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
• Engage in creative sales and marketing digital and hands-onto ensure that customers are introduced to the platform as a convenient and preferred way to play
• Oversee a schedule of games, ensuring customers are delighted with each game they play, and keep coming back for more
• Take advantage of the strong backing and direction of Singapore headquarters, where an operations and technology team is ready to support you.

• A business background, ideally in management and customer service

• A commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market

The Role

Join our dynamic team as a People & Culture Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in managing organisational culture, promoting a healthy work environment, and supporting office operations. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Executive, this role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture and a desire to make a meaningful impact within our organisation.

Main Responsibilities :

• Assist and own employee engagement programs, from ideation, execution until evaluation to build and strengthen intra-departmental collaboration, communication, sense of belongingness, and general team welfare and happiness. 
• Supporting internal communication effort, help with crafting communications related to employee engagement initiative and company-wide updates.
• Engage and build great relationships with employees to cultivate a positive work environment and develop greater value from the contributions of our employees. 
• Do recruitment process for Entry Level (Retail Part-Timer, Intern, and Assistant level) to hire the best and most relevant talent for our teams.
• Maintain and update the employee database, masterlist, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate tracking of employee lifecycle information.
• Handle the processing of official letters and documentation for employee needs.
• Manage the general affairs tasks, including office management and maintenance activities.

Requirements & Experiences:

• Available for 6 months internship period
• Open for Fresh Graduates and Final Year University Students, preferably from Psychology, Human Resource, or Management majors. 
• Possess good coordination, communication both written and verbal(in Bahasa & English) and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Charming and positive disposition, self-starter attitude, with an ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
