·        Create a new product concept through in-depth research based on market trends.

·        Know about making cosmetics in terms of concept or implementation.

·        Involve in a new product development project.

·        Do a market analysis of the products.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to plan new products.

·        Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.

• Responsible for the identification of new business opportunities and the pursuit of all of the aspects associated with the deliverables for the programs.
• Responsible for and expected to consistently provide effective management of sales efforts along with the managed accounts to ensure business plan targets are met.

- ⁠Fresh Graduate / maximum 2 years experience are welcome

• Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or at a hospitality studies management school or anyone with a significant experience as customer service or reception position
• At least have 1 years experience as FDA or fresh graduate with majoring hospitality welcome to apply
• Good communication skills and able to using PowerPro
• Languages: proficiency in English is a mandatory, both verbal and written and a third language would be an added advantages
• Having a positive attitude towards work, be self-disciplined and self-motivated, set a good working example for all subordinates
• Well-groomed and have a pleasant disposition

Melakukan pemilihan (picking) barang sesuai dengan pesanan yang masuk.

Menyusun barang-barang yang sudah dipilih dan mempersiapkan untuk pengemasan atau pengiriman.

Memastikan akurasi barang yang dipilih sesuai dengan daftar pesanan (order).

Memeriksa kondisi barang sebelum dipilih dan memastikan kualitas barang.

Menggunakan alat bantu gudang (seperti hand pallet, trolley, atau forklift) untuk memudahkan proses picking.

Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan area kerja di gudang.

Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan terkait dengan operasional gudang.

Menjadi translator/penghubung komunikasi antara Group Tokai Holding dengan Tokai Dharma Indonesia yang meliputi semua aspek, baik dari sisi manufacturing maupun non-manufacturing dalam video/call meeting conference;

Berkomunikasi dengan pihak Tokai Holding/Tokai Group secara lisan maupun tertulis baik dari sisi manufacturing maupun non-manufacturing ketika diperlukan;

Menerjemahkan dokumen dari Mandarin/Inggris ke Bahasa Indonesia maupun sebaliknya dari setiap departemen ketika diperlukan;

Mendampingi training karyawan Tokai Dharma Indonesia dengan karyawan Tokai Holding/Tokai Group jika diperlukan dan sudah terjadwalkan;

Melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan Departmen HR&GA terkait rencana kedatangan tamu asing dari Tokai Group, mulai dari penjemputan, akomodasi dan transportasi, konsumsi, dan rencana kegiatan selama tamu asing berada di Indonesia;

Mendampingi tamu yang berkunjung sebagai penerjemah lapangan di dalam maupun luar area produksi;

Mengatur dan mengingatkan agenda kegiatan/jadwal harian Presiden Direktur, terutama hari-hari di mana Presiden Direktur ke luar kantor;

Mengurus kebutuhan Presiden Direktur, termasuk reimburse personal expense;

Mengumpulkan data absensi Manager/Asst. Manager serta membuat analisis/catatan sesuai keperluan dan menyampaikannya kepada Presiden Direktur;

Membantu proses recruitment karyawan baru jika diperlukan;

Mengurus pembuatan visa dan passport, serta persyaratan dan kebutuhan lain yang diperlukan untuk perjalanan dinas Presiden Direktur maupun karyawan perusahaan;

Membuat dan mengedit laporan untuk keperluan internal maupun eksternal perusahaan;

Meng-support pekerjaan departemen lain jika diperlukan.
