As a Technical Solutions Executive (TSE), you are one of the main factors of success for the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. Ensure efficient customer handoffs between the pre-sales team and adoption/deployment teams post-sales. Deliver Autodesk Construction Cloud internal product roadmaps with customers and communicate customer feedback to the ACS product team

• Collaboration: Develops trusted working relationships with the ACS sales team and adjacent teams such as the Autodesk Worldwide Field Operations (WWS) team. You will also work with adjacent business resources (e.g. sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, global technical sales, and marketing) and collaborate with ACS product "centres of excellence", Customer Success projects such as Voice of the Customer, deployment teams to implement proposed solutions, and coordinate with ACS marketing for product launches, webinars and go-to-market messaging strategy

• Leadership: Shares best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organisation, product divisions, and technical solutions organisation locally and globally. Participate in strategic speaking engagements at high profile trade shows, conferences, or internal Autodesk events working in collaboration with ACS marketing teams. You will be responsible for driving sales of elevator modernization services. This role involves assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and collaborating with technical teams. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building client relationships and achieving sales targets. This position reports to the Section Manager MOD&BEX for Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationship with all customers and develop good working relationship with new customers.
• Site survey / visit to understand better for new design concept and technical solution proposal.
• Developing technical solutions, prepare complex technical sales quotations and drawings for the end user in coordination.
• Check final order and sales contract with initial quotation and clarify / solve any discrepancies.
• Handle customer request / questions about signed terms & conditions and check changes against the agreed bidding document, performance guarantee / Bank guarantee.
• Liaison with end user and consultants on technical solutions and technical specification.
• Managing project delivery right from received PO till delivery to site.
• Achieving sales target and implement sales excellence mindset.

Requirements

• 3 years of industry experience including a minimum of 2 years of sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of Building or Construction or Engineering industry.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Candidates must possess proficient presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people with diverse background of all levels and disciplines.

The “HR Business Partner” will be based in Flex Batam , reporting to Senior Director, Regional HRBP.

Responsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP), filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior technical resources.

• 2+ years experience as an Architect or Senior Developer in a mid to large-sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.

• Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.

• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.

• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
