Position Overview
The Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) expands new business and renewals in important accounts to exceed financial and business objectives. You will be assigned sales quota and performance and measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets through up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. You will report to a Territory Sales Leader and work with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, Account-based Marketing and Autodesk Field Sales.
This position is based in Indonesia and we offer hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- You will generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts and manage renewals.
- You will evaluate and prepare business plans for all assigned account, which involves evaluating customer profile, create value messaging, and target steps needed to implement the account plans.
- You will develop relationships Executives and translate customer challenges to value.
- You will ensure the team delivers value to the customers through building Account Business Plan and execution.
- You will build opportunity pipeline to achieve our goals and make continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor.
- You will manage the End-to-End sales cycle; be in the field meeting customers for business development, prospecting, contract negotiations, closing, and post-sales support.
- You will deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business.
- You will collaborate with channel partners to understand their business, creatively adopt programs to increase new revenue, and expand partner relationships.
- You will reach out and provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement.
- You will negotiate deals and contracts at several levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on "C" and enterprise level negotiations.
- You will sell complex service engagements and creatively seek alternative solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience with sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutions
- Experience in Sales process and account planning. (TAS, Value-based Selling)
- Experience in executive selling and relationship management
- Track-record in growing global accounts
- Channel sales experience
- High proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa and English required to conduct business with our customers in Indonesia
- Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry experience would be advantageous
