• This is a contract role for a Senior Architect located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
• The Senior Architect will be responsible for supporting the principal architects during design stage, overseeing the submittal process, managing projects, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• The Senior Architect will also oversee projects during construction stage and ensure adherence to specific architectural standards and codes.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

1. Perencanaan :

• Mengelola arus kas, laba,rugi
• Menentukan tujuan keuangan jangka panjang dan jangka pendek

2. ⁠Akuntansi dan Pelaporan

• Menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan

• Melaporkan dan mengevaluasi hasil penjualan

3. ⁠Pengelolaan Pajak

• Mengelola pelaporan dan pembayaran pajak perusahaan sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku.

4. ⁠Transaksi Keuangan

• Melakukan transaksi ke bank terkait (setor atau valas)

• Memproses dan membuat proforma invoice/invoice dan faktur pajak

Kualifikasi

• Minimal Pendidikan S1 Akutansi atau Keuangan atau bidang terkait

• Mampu mengelola laporan keuangan dan melakukan analisis keuangan secara detail dan menyeluruh
