Responsibilities

• Memimpin operational dan sales team untuk mencapai target penjualan dan profitabilitas.
• Mengembangkan strategi yang berkelanjutan untuk car refinancing business dengan merekrut jaringan agen dan membuka channel akuisisi baru.
• Memastikan pertumbuhan portofolio dan menjaga kualitas kredit keseluruhan portofolio di cabang.

• Pendidikan minimal D3 terbuka untuk semua jurusan.

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Marketing Head atau 3 tahun sebagai Branch Manager di bidang car financing atau refinancing di industri multifinance.
• Memahami mengenai auto loan business dengan penekanan khusus pada car refinancing business.
• Memiliki jaringan yang kuat dalam car financing dan refinancing di area yang ditentukan.
• Terampil dalam memimpin dan mampu bekerja secara kolaboratif dengan tim.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik, kemampuan pemecahan masalah serta analisis yang kuat.
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan target serta memiliki kemampuan dalam negosiasi.
