The Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) expands new business and renewals in important accounts to exceed financial and business objectives. Job Purpose:  

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. • Assist the Ship Repair Manager in planning, organizing, and managing ship repair projects in the shipyard
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ship repair works
• Review and analyze repair specifications and requirements provided by ship owners
• Participate in the negotiation process with ship owners and suppliers
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of repair works, ensuring that they are completed within the agreed time frame and budget

1. Assists with implementation of the necessary systems and tools to enable site leaders to manage compliance with all pertinent HSE regulations, permits, statutes, local ordinances and/or other externally driven requirements (e.g. SMK3 in accordance to the PP No.50 year of 2012, etc.).

4. May serve as the primary point of contact on HSE issues at the site for regulatory authorities and co-ordinates the response to regulatory inspections.
5. Develops effective and efficient HSE Management System and provides assistance for some of the supporting programs (e.g., Chemical Safety, Biosafety, Radiation Safety, Alcon Crisis Management (ACM) that are appropriate in consideration of the site’s complexity, population, regulatory burden/safety, criticality and location.
6. Develops and drives incident response procedures.
7. Develops and drives the risk management program for the site, and guide owner in effective implementation of risk control (e.g. HIRA, HAZOP, Management of Change, as applicable).
8. Fulfil the role and responsibility as HSE Committee Secretary for the Site HSE Committee (P2K3).
