What will you do? 

You’ll have responsibility for leading the development and implementation of IRF workplan, working closely with the Active Working Group of companies that have developed the tool and addressing everything from short term challenges to the longer term vision for the tool. Using your facilitation experience and excellent communication skills you will ensure all involved are informed, engaged and committed to delivering the IRF’s intended purpose and mission. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Manage and deliver on the IRF workplan for the year 

• Manage and run the IRF Active Working Group of companies (operational for the development and maintenance of the tool)

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and customer requirements. This is a contractual role for 6 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Handle material slitting planning, and ensure sufficient orders are released to production, optimizing capacity.
• Coordinate material arrival for production planning to ensure smooth operation and continued customer supply.
• Follow up shortages/upsurge with Planner on ETA and escalate issues affecting customer delivery.

Melaksanakan KOORDINASI dengan pihak-pihak lain yang terkait (teknik, administrasi, ekspedisi, collection dll) untuk memastikan terpenuhinya HARAPAN/PERMINTAAN pelanggan  Menyampaikan INFORMASI (pelanggan/kompetitor) dan bersama atasan, menentukan harga jual produk, sistim penjualan atau promosi dll. untuk memastikan tercapainya target penjualan Membuat PROGRAM KERJA Mingguan dan Bulanan sebagai bagian perencanaan dan dasar kegiatan penjualan yang akan dilaksanakan pada hari-hari mendatang 
6. Melakukan survey KEPUASAN PELANGGAN sebagai evaluasi kinerja untuk memastikan tercapainya target kepuasan pelanggan yang telah ditentukan Selalu melakukan UPDATE DATA Pelanggan baik kepada pelanggan lama karena adanya informasi perubahan maupun kepada pelanggan yang baru masuk
7. Mengelola semua INFORMASI yang masuk atau keluar; fax atau email; yang terkait dengan aktifitas penjualan dan FILLING semua data/informasi dengan baik dan rapih
