• 5-10 year’s experience with rotating turbo machinery

• Advanced tig/mig weld capabilities

• Advanced rigging capabilities

• Advanced measurement capabilities

• Experiences with turbines, compressors and other rotating equipment

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• To recommend and implement welding protocol to meet Elliott requirements and customer specifications in support of various turbo machinery. Turbomachinery will include turbines, compressors, pumps, gear boxes, and supporting equipment and/or components. Able to perform some complex plan layouts and perform some unusual welding operations in a safe and timely manner to meet customer needs. Has the ability to plan and oversee work with limited supervision or feedback. Has the ability to help train other employees in the functions and processes in the department.

• Uses appropriate equipment, tooling, drawings, work scopes, procedures, specifications and documentation to perform the primary function.

• Ability to gain Elliott certification in weld processes such as TIG, MIG, submerged arc and heliarc.

• Able to perform diaphragm weld repairs, both inconel and stainless steel. Includes partitions, split-lines, side walls, seal faces and fits, set-backs, ledge blocks, crush pins, and any other required on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

• Ability to perform stress relieving and non-destructive testing to Elliott specifications.

• Able to understand and process documentation associated with turbo machinery such as inspection reports, photo logs, and hold tags.

• Advance knowledge of lifting, rigging, crane, forklift operations, cut-off saws, heating/cutting torches, plasma cutting, steam cleaners, power hand tools such as drills, grinders, and other necessary equipment as needed. 

• Advanced knowledge and accuracy in using required measuring devices.

• Able to help train other hourly employees in weld processes and procedures.

• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

• Accepts ownership over work performance and stays abreast of job knowledge and new skill development.

To perform most complex setups and machine a variety of components on a variety of machine tools. Able to perform work in a safe and timely manner to meet customer needs. Ability to work extremely close tolerances. Ability to layout and plan machining operations from prints, sketches or verbal instructions with limited supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promotes safety and quality at all times.

• Conducts him or herself in a professional manner at all times when working with internal and external customers.

• Advanced knowledge of machine equipment and machining operations of various machines: horizontal and vertical lathes, layout machines, vertical boring mills, horizontal mills, grinders, deburring tools, fixtures, radial and angular drill press, forklifts, cranes and various forms of rigging, jib hoists, personal computers, and other required tools necessary to perform the job.

• Advanced knowledge and accuracy in using various measuring devices: micrometers, indicators, calipers, gauges, and other required tools necessary to perform the job.

• Full understanding of use for tooling, drawings, work scopes, procedures, specifications and documentation to perform the primary function of the job.

• Performs most complex setups and machine tool operations. This includes turning, boring, facing, milling, drilling, reaming, tapping, sawing, slotting, grooving, grinding, and other required actions to complete the job.

• Ability to work to extremely close tolerances.

• Ability to read and comprehend drawings, sketches, job scopes, and verbal instructions.

• Maintains equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance requirements and notifying the appropriate representative for troubleshooting and repairs.

• Able to accurately measure and record all dimensional inspections as needed and pass annual dimensional inspection tests.

• Ability to complete layouts of most parts.

• Ability to train other employees in operation of equipment, reading prints, selection of tooling and machining equipment, along with repair processes.

• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.

• Accepts ownership over work performance and stays abreast of job knowledge and new skill development.

Job Purpose:  

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services.

• Development and implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.

• Ensure that the technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups.

• Development and implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.

• Creation of joint initiatives with our vendor and business partners.

• Responsible for effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimisation.

• Implementation of business plans that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets and generate the planned profit outcomes.

• Achievement of revenue plans by brand and by market segment.

• Coordinate the various functions within TD SYNNEX in order to deliver the outcomes agreed in each product plan.

• Ensure that executive business relations with vendor partners are of the highest order, are proactive and that the engagement is continually monitored so that new initiatives can be introduced as required.

• Maintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships.

• In order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.

• Ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.

• Maintain a high level of safety awareness within your team to promote a safe working environment for all team members.

• Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.

• Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data in order to ensure that TD SYNNEX meets its vendor commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.

• Business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.

• Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.

• Be the advocate and leader for the relevant product groups in TD SYNNEX and be the advocate and leader for TD SYNNEX within the relevant vendor community.

• Provide direction, development and support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Director.

• Deal effectively and efficiently with unsatisfactory performance and/or behavior within your team.

• Provide an appropriate example of leadership, by way of behaviors, to the wider organization.

• Proactively contribute as a member of the leadership team to the commercial 'well-being' and longevity of the business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years experience within IT distribution

• Minimum education level required is a Bachelor's Degree

• Appropriate vendor product sales certifications

• Strong leadership attributes

• Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan.
• Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Warehouse Supervisor minimal 2 tahun.
• Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik, mampu mengoperasi microsoft excel.
• Mampu menjaga akurasi stok baik secara sistem atau manual.
• Menguasai management gudang.
• Memiliki skill Problem Solving, Creative Thinking, dan Leadership yang kuat.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
