You will support the Director of Engineering in managing the Engineering department, ensuring the efficient running of the all hotel facilities, including all fire and life safety equipment and systems. Purpose of role

• With a limited number of personnel from both INEOS maintenance technicians and contractors but must still be able to complete the work on time, on time and of good quality.
• Ensure work can be done at normal hours rather than overtime even though manpower is limited in number and work is much.
• Control maintenance costs by ensuring that part replacements are done correctly, optimizing repairs in internal workshops, and localizing spare parts at local manufacturers.

As a Technical Solutions Executive (TSE), you are one of the main factors of success for the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. As a Sous Chef, you must be intimately familiar with all the activities involved in kitchen operations and be prepared to step in and cover all eventualities if called upon. You will need to be able to prepare and cook a wide range of international dishes, including French, Italian, and fusion cooking. The Sous Chef is also responsible for overseeing the kitchen team members, which will involve preparing, scheduling and delivering training, managing team member performance, ensuring that the kitchen safety standards are up to date and that team members are complying with health, safety and sanitation rules. Additionally you will help with menu planning, inventory control, and supply management.

You will be one of the principal pillars of the hotel, passionately and enthusiastically directing day-to-day activities of the sales team by inspiring and coaching them to drive results. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry points and crowd control to prevent unauthorized access; and maintain a safe environment for access to the nightclub premises
• Conduct security checks of personnel, vehicles, and packages entering and leaving the nightclub premises to identify and address potential security risks
• Patrol the nightclub to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of all areas of the nightclub
• Proficiency in the required skills and knowledge
• Participate in regular security briefings in order to remain updated on security procedures and any relevant information.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
• Respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents, alarms, assist in investigating issue, resolving conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain documentation of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to security
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary
• Stay updated on current security trends and best practices in nightclub security to continuously improve security operations.

• Proven experience with minimum of 1-2 years in the same field
• Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
• Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to nightclub operations
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Certified in Security (Garda Pratama or other relevant fields)
