• To assist Treasury Manager in re-organizing all Investor reporting related working files to make it easier to read and use by all team/stakeholders

•   Checking all import document before and after shipment arrive.

•   EXIM activities including preparation, process, licensing and analyze lead time of the process.

•   Manage relationship with customer & vendor.

•   Problem solving for import issue.

•   Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure all charges and custom are billed correctly.

•   Maintaining a database for import shipment and report to management.

•   Processing claims on import shortages and overages.

•   Handling other report to government agency related with import, licenses & facilities.

• Achieve the sales target
• Looking for and identifying prospective customers and the potential market
• Making daily, weekly, and monthly programs and sales pipeline
• Do presentations and sales about service pest control to customer residential
• Survey new or existing customer residential
• Making proposals for customer
• Negotiation with customer
• Making agreement contracts and service agreements to the customer
• Build a good relationship with the customer

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma of Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• Have 1 year experience in the related field
• Required skill(s): marketing, communication, negotiation.

During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities 

• To learn and support in HR projects such as developing and implementing various HR initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate to develop and execute employer branding strategies on social media and the careers website; organize branding events.
• Assist the regional recruitment process; job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Support HR project planning, execution, policy development, and employee engagement activities.
• Work with different teams to support HR projects and initiatives.
• Help plan and execute HR-related events as employee engagement projects.
