Bertanggung jawab dalam mengawasi operasi sehari-hari dari lini produksi manufaktur, termasuk mengawasi dan melatih karyawan, memantau proses produksi, memastikan standar kualitas terpenuhi dan memecahkan masalah yang muncul, memastikan tujuan produksi terpenuhi dan memastikan protokol keselamatan dipatuhi. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring PR and executing PO based on time target
• Having ability to source new alternative supplier and evaluate the process
• Summarizing PO proposal on bid tabulation
• Evaluating bid tabulation and suggest the supplier winner to superior
• Monitoring the process of PO’s delivery until goods received well on designated warehouse
• Arranging technical meeting with user and supplier if needed
• Evaluating supplier periodically
• Executing site survey if needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Membuat invoice penjualan
• Melakukan pengecekan dan Folow up penerimaan yang tidak sesuai pengiriman
• Melakukan pengiriman invoice ke customer
• Melakukan receipt atas invoice
• Melakukan pengecekan OS piutang usaha

- Mengumpulkan data dan membuat laporan atas semua barang yang masuk dan keluar

- Memantau semua material yang dikirim dan diterima sesuai dengan dokumen yang ada dan sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan

- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian gudang

- Memastikan semua pengiriman barang sesuai dengan SOP

- Mengambil, mengalokasikan dan mengantarkan material dengan baik sesuai alur FIFO 

• Dapat menangani berbagai jenis mesin-mesin mechanical dan electrical dari mulai mesin packing, coding printer, mesin processing dan packaging di bidang food dan snack.

• Memberikan service dan maintenance pada Customer yang berada di area Jawa Timur dan sekitarnya.

• Memahami bidang Mekanikal & elektrikal.

Melaksanakan kegiatan Produksi rambut palsu

·        Menyiapkan data laporan lingkungan UKL UPL

·        Membuat laporan Lingkungan Triwulan dan Semester

·        Menyiapkan ATK

·        Melakukan perpanjangan STNK Kendaraan

·        Menyiapkan Spare Part servis kendaraan dan Mesin Produksi

The Controller is responsible for directing the assigned area accounting and tax functions. Specific areas normally include the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting systems, analysis and interpretation of trends requiring management's attention, the preparation of financial and management reports and procedures and the presentation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

.Finance & Accounts 

• Responsible for maintaining all accounting & tax records, implementing budgetary and other systems for internal control, preparing financial reports and interacting with the business or corporate financial function.

• Coordinate the accounting and tax activities of the assigned area with other departments.

• Organize work processes, methods and procedures; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance.

• Ensure all tasks are assigned and performed on time.  Prioritize time to focus on the biggest issues. 

• Ensure that all financial reports are prepared and submitted to senior management and governmental agencies as required.

• Direct the preparation of accounting entries to the general ledger and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information, forecasts and analyses.

• Coordinate the month-end and year-end close process in accordance with corporate accounting methods and timetables.

• Review expenditures of assigned areas to ensure compliance with established expense control procedures of the corporation and the operating plan.

• Review the internal accounting controls of the division to ensure compliance with corporate, SEC and regulatory policies and procedures.

• Demonstrate and inspire integrity. Anticipate questions, issues and challenges from management, external audit, etc. Avoid financial surprises.  Anticipate questions and challenges. Stay current with requirements. Keep management informed of any issues or gaps.

• Ensure accuracy of analysis. Challenge assumptions. Ensure compliance.

• Ensure all tasks are performed with a strong commitment to Safety and the implementation of 5S practices.

• Merencanakan dan merancang sistem instrumentasi yang sesuai dengan SOP.
• Mengawasi instalasi dan kalibrasi alat-alat instrumentasi untuk memastikan kualitas dan keakuratan data yang dihasilkan.
• Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin dan perbaikan jika terjadi kerusakan pada alat-alat instrumentasi.
• Mengkoordinasikan dengan tim teknisi instrumentasi dalam mengevaluasi kinerja sistem dan melakukan upgrade jika diperlukan.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan peraturan yang berlaku dalam penggunaan alat-alat instrumentasi.
• Melakukan pelaporan berkala mengenai kinerja sistem instrumentasi kepada pihak terkait

• Pemeliharaan infrastruktur jaringan yang ada dan memastikan berjalan normal. 
• Mengelola dan mengatasi masalah infrastruktur (Server,PC/Laptop,Printer,CCTV,IP,Router/Switch ) perangkat jaringan lainnya
• Menganalisi masalah untuk tindakan pencegahan dan perbaikan

• Work with EHS Manager to support operations by developing and implementing strategies that enhance existing EHS programs and ensure company EHS compliance with standards and meet relevant regulatory requirements, both local and global. Maintain and enhance EHS awareness for employees, contractors, and visitors working within the company environment
