Maintains the legal documentation process relating to both executing standard and unique document documentation process, may also include works with internal business management, other infrastructure groups (e.g., tax, operations) and counterparties to ensure smooth, efficient legal documentation processes.

4. Provide versatile legal support and necessary assistance for the line of business and back office.

5. Conduct the administration support for legal department.

• Pengetahuan mendalam dalam proses bisnis IT;

• Memiliki kemampuan teknis dalam perencanaan konfigurasi jaringan/keamanan infomasi, Analisa jaringan/keamanan infomasi serta pengelolaan operasional jaringan/keamanan infomasi;
• Menguasai berbagai kemampuan teknis dalam beberapa produk seperti cisco, Huawei, juniper, palo alto, fortigate, serta produk lainnya;

• Mampu memahami script coding aplikasi dan teknik dasar dalam database;

As Public Area Supervisor you are responsible for maintaining a high degree of cleanliness in the assigned areas of the hotel, both front and heart of house. You will have a major influence on the first and lasting impressions of our guests on our attention to hygiene standards and detail. Your team will provide an invisible excellence of cleanliness.

• Ensure the effective implementation of all operational security procedures within the hotel.
• Assist the Security Manager in management and security oversight of all contractors, suppliers or vendors working on property.
• To maintain a close dialogue and relationship with local security authorities.
• Ensure that security officers provide a courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors and suppliers.
• To monitor the car-park system and ensure its smooth running and security
• To vet the daily functions and VIP arrival list and to ensure that security officers are deployed as appropriate
• To account for the master keys of the property and their movements as well as key control in general.
• To keep the hotel senior management informed on all matters relating to the Security aspects of the hotel on a daily basis.

• Menyiapkan dan meninjau segala bentuk perikatan/ kontrak perusahaan (Perjanjian, Amandemen/Adendum) diluar kontrak pengadaan barang dan jasa
• Menyiapkan dan meninjau segala bentuk rancangan produk hukum perusahaan
• Menyiapkan dan meninjau dokumen legalitas perusahaan sehubungan dengan permintaan oleh internal/eksternal perusahaan
• Melakukan administrasi dokumen perusahaan dan kontrak perusahaan
• Menyiapkan dokumen sehubungan dengan dokumen legalitas perusahaan
• Melakukan penyesuaian perikatan/perjanjian dengan prosedur internal perusahaan dan peraturan perundang-udangan yang berlaku

• Melakukan review hasil Analisa identifikasi kelemahan Jaringan;
