Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Melakukan pembagian target kepada semua Sales (Per Toko & Sales) sesuai dengan deployment yang sudah disampaikan
• Melakukan monitoring dan controlling terhadap pemenuhan coverage berdasarkan target per sales
• Melakukan monitoring dan controlling terhadap toko
• Melakukan validasi terhadap kinerja sales untuk memastikan sales sudah berjalan sesuai dengan SOP
• Melakukan monitoring dan controlling compliance sales untuk memastikan mencapai target volume dan productive call
• Melakukan review terhadap pencapaian atau kinerja dari tim sales

I. Responsible Sourcing Certification Implementation:

• Coordinate and support activities related to the implementation of LDC Coffee’s Responsible Sourcing certification, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ethical sourcing practices.
• Collaborate with Agronomists, Field Technicians, and external stakeholders (suppliers, auditors, experts) to ensure farmers meet certification requirements.
• Maintain and track progress of certified farms and work to expand the certification program in line with the established RS business plan.

II. Stronger Coffee Initiative Coordination:

• Support the coordination and execution of the Stronger Coffee Initiative, a global program aimed at strengthening partnerships with coffee farmers, improving their livelihoods, and fostering sustainable farming practices.
• Work closely with the SCI manager and the Sustainability team to ensure alignment with global sustainability goals and commercial plans in executing on-farm activities (farmer training programs, carbon removal via agroforestry, regenerative demo-plots, etc.).
• Monitor and report on the impact of the Stronger Coffee Initiative, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

III. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and certification bodies to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Foster strong relationships with coffee farmers, suppliers, local communities, and industry partners to promote sustainability and responsible sourcing practices.

IV. Data Management & Reporting:

• Supervise data collection by Field Technicians and work closely with the Sustainability Analyst on data analysis to ensure that all initiatives are tracked, evaluated, and communicated to key stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on progress towards sustainability goals for project donors and internal stakeholders, identifying key achievements, challenges, and next steps.

V. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends, certification requirements (e.g., EUDR, 4C, Rainforest Alliance), and key topics such as Regenerative Agriculture, Carbon Reduction Strategies, and Living Income benchmarks.
• Propose and implement best practices to enhance the impact of sustainability programs across all regions.

• Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and tracking of fintech-specific marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Market Research: Conduct research on competitor fintech apps, market trends, and customer insights to refine campaign strategies.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with the content, digital, and design teams to ensure all marketing materials align with campaign goals and are on schedule.
• Event Support: Coordinate webinars, virtual events, and other community engagement activities specific to fintech topics like digital banking, investments, and personal finance.
• Performance Reporting: Compile and analyze data from campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Menyusun strategi penjualan Agent.
• Melakukan evaluasi kinerja tim Property Agent.
• Melakukan training bulanan dengan member Agent.
• Melakukan presentasi dan perkenalan materi project / Product Knowledge kepada Agent Property.
• Membangun hubungan kerjasama yang baik dengan Property Agent.
• Memberikan pelayanan terkait penjualan produk kepada Customer dari Agent Property yang berkunjung.
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan Departemen lainnya terkait kebutuhan penjualan Property Agent.

Essential Experience / Criteria:
