Some of your duties will include:

·        To plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction project and maintenance works, to deliver products which meet standard requirement, on time and to budget while satisfying the of the client and company;

·        Responsible to receive work order and provide working schedule then to ensure all Civil works will completed in good result and meet with standard or company regulation.

·        To coordinate all civil job or carpentry & provide working schedule, estimation of materials needed for every work order;

·        Provide report after work order completed

·        Inspect every task and to make sure all done in a good manner

·        Lead, organize and provide directions for employee to ensure outstanding performance HSE&Q outcome and the business results;

·        Responsible for ensuring the job activities in civil maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment

·        To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;

• Melakukan kunjungan proyek untuk dapat mengumpulkan informasi terkait analisa kondisi, prospek, & estimasi proyek.
• Menganalisa perhitungan jumlah para pekerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan proyek.
• Merencanakan dan mengukur berapa banyak waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan setiap proyek.
• Melakukan penilaian risiko untuk memperhitungkan potensi resiko dari rencana proyek.
• Menguasai permasalahan-permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada bangunan rumah
• Memberikan identifikasi masalah yang terjadi pada proyek
• Memberikan solusi dan rekomendasi metode perbaikan bangunan rumah
• Membuat dokumen estimasi kepada klien, terkait jumlah tukang, jenis tukang, lama pekerjaan, alat, dan bahan.

Overview & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Performs duties such as management of tooling, inspections and inputting data into the database. Other duties may include sandblasting, limited lighting and grounds maintenance, general housekeeping, painting, crafting of
equipment and material, and other duties as assigned. Requires limited supervision at most times.

• Able to help train other employees on processes and procedures.
• Actively increasing mechanical aptitude to assist other work disciplines.
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Accepts ownership over work performance and works to improve skillset.
