• Laki - laki, maksimal 45 tahun
• Minimal D3
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani
• Memiliki pengetahuan dibidang listrik, mesin, plumbing (MEP), sipil
• Serius kerja dan mau belajar
• Mandiri, bertanggungjawab, memiliki jiwa pemimpin, jujur, terbuka, teliti
• Bisa mengoperasikan komputer
• Bisa membaca Scematic Drawing dan Single Line Diagram
• Bisa Membuat Layout Gambar (2D & 3D)
• Megerti Trouble shooting bidang Mechanical/Electrical
• Berpengalaman dibidangnya minimal 2 tahun

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction and maintenance activities related to building projects.
2. Develop and implement project schedule, budget, and resources allocation.
3. Supervise and monitor contractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Oversee the procurement of construction materials and equipment.
5. Conduct regular inspections and site visits to ensure work progress and quality control.
6. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
7. Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and maintenance, preferably in building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and having knowledge about implementation of Safety, Healthy, Environmental best practice related to workplace
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.

Overview & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Performs duties such as management of tooling, inspections and inputting data into the database. Other duties may include sandblasting, limited lighting and grounds maintenance, general housekeeping, painting, crafting of
equipment and material, and other duties as assigned. Requires limited supervision at most times.

• Able to help train other employees on processes and procedures.
• Actively increasing mechanical aptitude to assist other work disciplines.
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Accepts ownership over work performance and works to improve skillset.
