Menuls Laporan Produksi

• Prepare drawing (calculation sheet and hose) for domestic market and Malaysia market
• Prepare and check drawings (fitting, ancillary, others related to product) for domestic market and Malaysia market.
• Prepare document for design and development of hose product (planning, input, output, review, verification, validation)
• Review contract content, prepare inquiry letter for making procedure and prepare making procedure 
• Prepare and check travel card of every MH order
• Prepare travel card package (BOM, actual material cost)
• Prepare drawing list, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and another document for customer  
• Prepare procedure related to specification, technical and process of the product and make sure in line with actual production
• Investigate the nonconformity (NN) and prepare the corrective action and preventive action to solve a problem
• Research and conduct trial to new part, new material for improvement and cost down, and coordinate with related section 

- VENDOR SOURCING, NEGOTIATION, COST DOWN 

- MANAGE INCOMING DELIVERIES TO WAREHOUSE 

- LIAISE WITH STAKEHOLDERS FOR ON-TIME RECEIVING AND SYSTEM UPDATING 

- MANAGE OUTGOING SHIPMENTS FROM WAREHOUSE 

- IDENTIFY PROCESS BOTTLENECK TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY 

- ENSURE THAT INVENTORY RECORDS ARE UPDATED 

- NEW PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR PROCESS SAMPLE/DOCUMENT SUBMISSION 

- KNOWING PRODUCT SPECIFICATION AND PLAN FOR DEVELOPING 

- COMMUNICATE AND WORK CLOSELY WITH PLANNING, QA, AND ENGINEERS ON THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE, CHANGES, AND REVISIONS FROM CUSTOMERS OR ENGINEERING CHANGES.

1. Melakukan semua kegiatan administrasi yang ada di produksi
2. bertanggung jawab dalam pendistribusian laporan
3. bertanggung jawab dalam perarsipan file produksi
4. melaksanakan dan menjalankan intruksi yang diberikan oleh atasan
5. menjaga dan memelihara kebersihan area produksi

Perform safe & stable to control RRU area operation following integrated management system. Make SOP and educate to members to make daily and monthly report, etc.

Conduct operation management of PET Resin Plant, prepare and manage daily operation such as production change grade, etc

Conduct execution operation of PET Resin Plant according to SOP to achieve safe & stable operation, take process and product sample as required
