The School Administrator will play a crucial role in the efficient running of the school, overseeing administrative tasks, supporting the school leadership team, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for students, staff, and parents. Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the school office.
• Maintain accurate student records, including but not limited to attendance, and academic performance.
• Oversee the scheduling of classes, meetings, and school events.
• Ensure compliance with all school policies and government regulations.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are upheld throughout the school premises.
• Provide administrative support for student services, including counseling, special education, and extracurricular activities.
• Assist in the coordination of student pick up, student's birthday, etc.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Relevant certifications in school administration are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
