Role Description

The Superintendent Mills will oversee the construction, commissioning, and operational readiness of the expanded milling circuit as part of the mineral processing plant capacity expansion. The role will require close collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Project Execution and Management:

• Lead and coordinate all milling-related activities during the EPC project lifecycle.
• Supervise the installation, commissioning, and testing of milling equipment and related systems.

The Inspector QC Electrical & Instrumentation will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities related to electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installations within the project. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company requirements.

§ Inspection & Testing:

o  Conduct inspections of electrical and instrumentation systems, including cabling, grounding, power distribution, and control systems, during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

o  Perform testing and verification of E&I equipment, such as transformers, switchgear, MCC panels, DCS/PLC systems, and field instruments.

o  Ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible to ensuring the cost efficiency and financial control of the EPC project for expanding the mineral processing plant's capacity, especially to support the fabricated steel sections. The QS will oversee project cost estimation, budget control, progress valuation, and ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications to support in measurement of the fabricated steel sections at the steel fabricators premises.

·        Review all maintenance schedules and coordinates with other departments to assure optimal equipment and plant availability to meet business needs.

·        Responsible for supervising all grinding mechanical maintenance activities and ensuring that safe work practices are followed. Conduct periodic safety inspections.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Designing and calculations, maintaining, implementing, or improving downstream maintenance equipment products, facilities, components, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.

·        Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.

·        Conferring with other functions, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.

·        Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and technical requirements by preparing mechanical systems specifications and technical drawings.

·        Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.

·        Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or technical requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.

·        Investigate component failures, communicating results to Operations and Associates to aid in increased levels of safe production

·        Oversee mechanical projects, new installations, including design, modifications and new installation start-ups, and shutdown.

·        Assist in developing and maintaining a preventative and predictive maintenance program

·        Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential mechanical engineering projects and studies.

·        Preparing specifications for purchases of mechanical equipment and materials.

·        Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.

·        Directly supervise the maintenance work to ensure that plant and equipment running well to meet the milling production.

·        Set goals and coordinate the activities of with others Supervisor and Planner to ensure that schedule maintenance and emergency repairs are accomplished with minimal disruption to production schedule.

·        Ensure that adequate resources are available for meeting scheduled maintenance and repair needs.

1. Recommend the sales force to be recruited in appointed region.

2. Coordinate and monitor recruitment of agency sales force in appointed region and ensure the quality of recruited agents.

3. Organize and monitor sales activity of sales force in appointed region.

4. Develop the sales force’s capability in appointed region with training, coaching and mentoring programs.

5. Develop, coach and evaluate subordinates to ensure productive and competent talent.
