• Direct report to the Global Head of MDM
• Develop and maintain a global master data management form following the update of MDM processes.
• Maintain form configuration regularly
• Bug fixing on issues or errors due to MDM form failure
• Provide user training, including the training documentation for the new updated MDM form.
• Work together with the MDM operation team and other global MDM automation teams to provide continuous improvement to the Master Data Management process.
• Advise the MDM customer and MDM operation team for any MDM automation service issue—problem-solving
• Making sure that all the automation processes follow global MDM data governance and control
• Involve in every discussion with the business or project that requires master data automation.
• The MDM Automation Manager is responsible for the global master data entry and maintenance process to ensure its quality, accuracy, and integrity.
• The MDM Automation Manager oversees the development, and use of data and relevant systems, ensuring effective data management, and secure procedures for the automation process.
• This role involves working closely with various departments, such as supply chain, sales, applications engineering, and customer service with assistance from The Operational MDM team.
• Assist in data extraction and mining to provide the business or project teams with insights and recommendations to drive master data-related decisions.
• Cooperate with the Global Head of Data in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of MDM solutions that best meet business requirements.

• University graduate degree with a technical or science discipline

Technical/Professional Experience:

• More than 3 years of working experience using ERP systems (SAP Preferred)

This role mostly partnering with Logistics team proactively.

Job Description:

1. Collaborate with Logistics to create and implement strategic financial plans that align with organizational goals

2. Managing the annual budgeting, monthly LE forecasting and actual result analysis for associated overheads, along with carriage cost (both domestic and export/import)

3. Completion of monthly accruals and prepayments combined with full supporting analysis and explanations

4. Analyse and understand key variances, investigating the root cause of any inaccurate postings and driving resolutions, including challenging the cost centre owners to provide information when necessary. Making recommendations for areas of cost reduction.

5. Produce monthly forecasting and Budget (ppt decks)

6. Completion of balance sheet account reconciliations

7. Support and assist other members of the team to cover absences, peak work periods or to provide training when necessary

8. To provide collaborative support to Senior Finance management in their duties where required

Requirement :

• Education background Bachelor Degree from Economy, Finance, or Business
• Finance qualification with at least 5 years post qualification experience.in supervisor level
• Working experience in Manufacturing Industry ideally in FMCG
• Familiar working with of SAP
• Mastery skill related with Accounting as per PSAK
• Mastery skill in MS Office, especially Excel
• Proficient in numeric analytical
• Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written
• Able to maintain collaborative and business partnering with other functions
