• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
• Collecting data on beauty trends (cosmetics/skincare) to be used as material/ideas for making new products.
• Innovating from trend data that has been collected.
• Selecting materials that are appropriate or relevant to the idea.
• Developing a project plan to be carried out, from the timeline, the development process sequence, to product launch.
• Providing briefs, monitoring the process, and providing input to the technical department (and other related departments) from sample making to large-scale production.
• Helping to develop ideas for the marketing, creative, and promotion departments to market newly launched products.
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
• Organising events such as product launches.
• Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
• Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
• Conduct research, conduct product evaluations, and collect consumer opinions on products that have been sold or have just been launched as material for ideas for the next product.

Sebagai Mechatronics Engineer di bagian Maintenance, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, memelihara, dan mengoptimalkan sistem mekatronika yang mendukung operasional mesin produksi kabel. Anda akan bekerja di lingkungan manufaktur kabel yang berteknologi tinggi, berfokus pada optimalisasi sistem otomatisasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas proses produksi.

Sebagai Mechanical Engineer di bagian Maintenance, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan mesin produksi dan peralatan mekanis berfungsi dengan baik untuk mendukung operasional manufaktur kabel. Posisi ini berfokus pada pemeliharaan dan perbaikan komponen mekanis untuk memastikan mesin produksi kabel beroperasi secara efisien dan aman, dengan meminimalkan risiko downtime.

Job Description

1. Design, implement, and maintain network security infrastructure including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, VPN, and access control systems.
2. Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect potential security breaches and take appropriate actions to mitigate threats.
3. Manage the day-to-day activities of threat and vulnerability management, identify risk tolerances, recommend treatment plans and communicate information about residual risk.
4. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and address any security vulnerabilities.
5. Investigate security incidents and coordinate with relevant teams to mitigate risks and prevent future incidents.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT security, network security, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of network security and risk management.
• Experience with firewall management, intrusion detection and prevention systems, VPN, and access control systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
