Strategy & Planning

• Membuat perencanaan kegiatan strategi jangka pendek dan mengkoordinasikan dengan seluruh staff/bagian. 
• Mengidentifikasi prospek, melekukan pendekatan kepada prospek dan mengembangkannya
• Menjaga stabilitas portfolio Cabang dan meningkatan kredibilitas Bank CIMB Niaga Syariah

 

Business Performance and Management

• Mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi di wilayah kerjanya dan berperan aktif dalam strategi pengembangan bisnis untuk memperluas pangsa pasar (termasuk bisnis porsi haji) 
• Melakukan pemantauan terhadap pembiayaan2 yang bermasalah, kunjungan kepada nasabah dan problem solving jika ada kendala 
• Mewakili perusahaan dalam berurusan dengan instansi-instansi pemerintah seperti BI, Perbanas, Kepolisian, BMPD (Badan Musyawarah Perbankan Daerah), Pengadilan Negeri, Bazarnas, Asbisindo, Kemenag, Travel KBIH, dll, sesuai dengan kapasitas yang diberikan oleh Perusahaan

 

People Management

• Mengarahkan, memotivasi, mengevaluasi, melakukan pengaderisasian dan mengembangkan sumber daya karyawan secara periodic melalui bimbingan dan pengarahan. 
• Menciptakan system dan suasana kerja yang harmonis dalam mencapai efisiensi, efektivitas, dan produktivitas cabang khususnya.

 

Regulatory Compliance

• Comply with policies, procedures, syariah compliance and Regulatory.

• Onboard customer on how to use our product and the value of our product
• Checking in with customer post training to ensure customer truly understand and remain active in using our product
• Update training materials on our product checklist (for example: creating training video)
• Conduct training in both online & offline method and needs to be proficient in both
• Actively learn new features found in our product and ensure one is always up to date
• Data analysis on customer activity to ensure customer remain active
• Manage team to ensure training and check in are done on time and ensuring that any issue found during check in are resolve

Financial Responsibilities  :

• Membuat rencana aktivitas penjualan berdasarkan target yang ditetapkan, menentukan prioritas yang harus dicapai dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang sehingga rencana kerja tersosialisasi dengan baik.
• Memastikan penguasaan dan pemahaman mendalam atas produk-produk yang dikeluarkan perusahaan, maupun produk-produk investasi dan relevansinya dengan kebutuhan pasar 

 

Operational Responsibilities :

• Mematuhi prosedur dan peraturan internal maupun eksternal dalam hal : KYC, Compliance, Certification, Audit.

 

Service Responsibilities :

• Memastikan pelaksanaan  pelayanan kepada nasabah untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kepuasan nasabah
• Memastikan tingkat kepuasan nasabah atas layanan finansial yang diberikan, demi membangun hubungan baik dengan nasabah preferred existing maupun baru

Memastikan seluruh keluhan/complaint nasabah terselesaikan dengan baik, serta memastikan penyelesaian dilakukan tepat waktu dan memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan yang berlaku di CIMB Niaga.

The Equities Operations team is part of the wider global Corporate Operations Group and supports the Equities trading business in Macquarie Capital. Our team is responsible for handling post-trade life cycle controls for equities trading in global markets including trade allocation, booking, settlement, funding, reconciliation, client management and regulatory reporting. You will be part of the Equities Operations team based in Jakarta, playing a key role supporting Macquarie Capital trading in local Jakarta and regional Asian markets. You will have close interaction with the trading desks, international and onshore Jakarta clients, custodian banks, external brokers, banks and exchange to manage and assist wider Equities Operations team to support daily business activities for Middle Office and Settlement of client trading. You will also be responsible for helping drive efficiencies and process enhancements in the day-to-day process and supporting change initiatives as a subject matter expert. What you offer A strong knowledge and at least 5 years experience in post trade equities operations ideally in a settlement's capacity and a strong understanding of control and risk frameworks within banking operations Experience in Asian market is preferred but not required Ability to drive and manage change to successful outcomes and demonstratable experience managing stakeholders Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate challenging scenarios and identify solutions A Broker's Dealer License ('WPPE') is desirable.
