Your responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Analyses, develop and implement strategic portfolio management plans to maximize the performance and growth of the digital business portfolios that align with the objective.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial and operational performance of each portfolio company, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive success.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the digital industry, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional & cross-entity teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio company management teams, investors, and industry experts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial and market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of the Indonesian digital industry and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
