• Melakukan tugas utama bagian staff purchasing / pembelian dari dalam dan luar negeri
• Mencari dan menganalisa calon supplier
• Bersedia melakukan pengecekan dilapangan / keluar kantor
• Melakukan negosiasi harga sesuai standar kualitas
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak supplier mengenai kelengkapan dokumen
• Membuat laporan pembelian dan pengeluaran barang (inventory)
• Melakukan pengelolaan dan pengadaan barang

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan Minimal D3

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun

• Dapat Melakukan Negosiasi yang baik

• Dapat menggunakan Aplikasi Komputer, minimal Ms.Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Mampu bekerja secara individual & team

1. Membuat daftar pembelian barang dan jasa sesuai kebutuhan divisi 
2. Mencari supplier yang sesuai untuk mendapatkan harga terbaik 
3. Mengajukan persetujuan pembelian kepada manajemen 
4. Melakukan negosiasi harga, fitur, dan biaya pengiriman 
5. Membuat dan mengirimkan dokumen pemesanan atau Purchase Order (PO) kepada supplier

Some of your duties will include:

·        Create new catalogue items as requested by user Department through series of assessment to determine stock classification, mnemonic, etc.

·        Change material master information based on review result with user area

·        Cleansing potential duplication of material master

·        Standardize material description and manufacture part number

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma/Sarjana
• Usia maksimal 28 tahun
• Pengalaman 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
• Mampu Berbahasa Mandarin
• Memiliki kemampuan komputer & internet yang baik
• Komunikatif, teliti, cekatan, bertanggung jawab, inisiatif & motivasi yang tinggi
• Mampu bekerja secara individual dan team serta berintegritas yang baik
• Bersedia berlokasi bekerja di Alamsutra Tangerang dan bergabung secepatnya.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang Clearance import dan export 
• mengerti dan mengenal istilah-istilah dan dokumen dalam bidang export import
• bertanggung jawab dalam mempersiapkan dokumen dokumen yang diperlukan untuk melakukan proses pengeluaran barang import dari pelabuhan dan proses pengiriman barang export
• mengerti cara melakukan pemesanan unit container import dan export, jasa ekspedisi, menghubungi pelayaran, dsb.
• bertanggung jawab atas jadwal dan pengiriman barang dari supplier, dan follow up hingga barang tiba di gudang tujuan
• Mencari dan mrnganalisa calon supplier yang sesuai dengan barang yang dubutuhkan

Responsibility

1. Coordinate and update incoming stock inventory.
2. Make reports and monitor stock consumables regularly in the warehouse.
3. Optimize inventory to meet warehouse needs.
4. Request purchase orders from procurement as needed with the approval of superiors.
5. Reconcile actual stock counts with computer-generated reports.
6. Receive and count the number of goods entering the warehouse area.
7. Doing goods received and goods issues in the SAP HANA system.
8. Arrange goods displays and memorize the names of goods in the warehouse.
9. Checks the goods before sending and ensures that the goods have passed QC checks according to existing standards.
10. Carry out packaging, weighing, and marking goods before sending them to customers.
11. Create a Tagging ID on the product according to the serial number listed on the SO
12. Sign letters of receipt of goods from suppliers and expeditions.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for providing Contracts group administration support services in particular; (i) contract payment and back-charge administration, (ii) contract data management and system administration, (iii) contract request and contract approval processing, (iv) contract financial reporting, (v) contractor compliance reporting, and (vi) general office administration including document control.

·        To support proper contract management and administration for the procurement of Services and certain major Purchases internationally and within Indonesia to all User Departments

·        Evaluate departmental procedures and practices and ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures.

·        Give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of sourcing, procurement, expediting, shipping, importation, distribution and payment of goods, commodities, equipment and materials procured.

·        Provide regular management reports of objectives, accomplishments, progress, status and major activities relating to all purchasing and expediting activities

·        Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Interfaces with Product Line Planning and other users to plan and prioritize civil purchasing-related activities.
• Reviews planned orders, manage requisitions for purchased items, create POs and manage approval process.
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers.
• Tracks order acknowledgment, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances.
• Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective and relevant activities and support in relation to the organization’s Traffic incoming, sales, planning & materials management, production and overall operating functions.
