RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring PR and executing PO based on time target
• Having ability to source new alternative supplier and evaluate the process
• Summarizing PO proposal on bid tabulation
• Evaluating bid tabulation and suggest the supplier winner to superior
• Monitoring the process of PO’s delivery until goods received well on designated warehouse
• Arranging technical meeting with user and supplier if needed
• Evaluating supplier periodically
• Executing site survey if needed

• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang Procurement, diutamakan di industri yang berkaitan dengan keamanan pangan atau industri makanan.
• Terbukti berpengalaman dalam pengadaan bahan baku, kemasan, dan material lainnya yang sesuai dengan standar keamanan pangan (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000).

1. Membuat daftar pembelian barang dan jasa sesuai kebutuhan divisi 
2. Mencari supplier yang sesuai untuk mendapatkan harga terbaik 
3. Mengajukan persetujuan pembelian kepada manajemen 
4. Melakukan negosiasi harga, fitur, dan biaya pengiriman 
5. Membuat dan mengirimkan dokumen pemesanan atau Purchase Order (PO) kepada supplier

1. Ensuring the receipt and inspection of incoming goods according to orders.
2. Conducting the process of receiving and checking the quality of goods.
3. Communicating with distributors to ensure the availability of appropriate stock.
4. Optimizing the receiving process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Melakukan pengadaan barang yang dibutuhkan untuk keperluan operasional. 
• Mengajukan dan mendapatkan persetujuan Purchase Request (PR) dari departemen yang relevan berdasarkan keperluan. 
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan supplier untuk memperoleh barang berkualitas dengan harga kompetitif dan kondisi yang menguntungkan.
• Memproses PR atas pesanan departemen yang terkait untuk selanjutnya dibuatkan Purchase Order.
• Menerbitkan Purchase Order untuk barang-barang yang akan dibeli.

Jobdesc:

• This staff will visit the local purchasing staff of these potential customers (companies) and develop good business relationships.
• Through the local purchasing staff of customers, this staff will find out what kind of products the customer wants.
• Then he/she will start looking for a supplier (a manufacturer) that can make the products requested by the customer.

• Melakukan penagihan kepada tenant baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
• Melakukan distribusi tagihan (invoice atas sewa, service charge, dan listrik)
• Handling complaint tagihan tenant



• Melakukan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pengelolaan inventory
• Melakukan replenishment dan distribusi Fluid Connectors Group (FCG)
• Menjaga On-Time dan In-Full, Days of Inventory, dan readyness support FCG setiap masing-masing customer
