Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Mencatat, merekap, dan menyimpan reagent dengan sistem pengkodean dan pengaturan sesuai kriteria. Menyiapkan dan mendistribusikan reagent yang diminta oleh laboratorium.
• Membuat laporan tentang stok reagent yang mencapai batas minimum dan melaporkan kondisi bahaya, metode kerja tidak aman, serta kecelakaan kepada atasan.
• Mengikuti prosedur kerja perusahaan, ketentuan pengendalian risiko, serta pelatihan keselamatan untuk memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan secara aman dan sesuai standar K3.
• Memastikan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) sesuai ketentuan perusahaan, melaporkan kondisi APD yang tidak layak pakai, dan meminta penggantian jika diperlukan.
• Menjalankan dan mematuhi standar ISO/IEC 17025 dalam semua kegiatan operasional laboratorium.

• Melakukan penagihan kepada tenant baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
• Melakukan distribusi tagihan (invoice atas sewa, service charge, dan listrik)
• Handling complaint tagihan tenant



Sourcing and Supplier Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential local suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and maintain a preferred supplier list.

Procurement Process:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

Cost Management:

• Monitor and control procurement budgets.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all purchased products and services meet the company's quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any supplier-related issues.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost analyses, and supplier performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of required goods and services.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements.
