• Responsible for procurement life-cycle and vendor management for marketing, work equipment, IT assets and services, and various ready-made or custom materials and services
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality while working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop, implement and manage an annual vendor review process and an ongoing vendor approval process
• Analyze spend to develop cost reduction road maps and strategies
• Work with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company
• Manage vendor onboarding and verification, and ensure NDAs are set in place to protect company information

• Membuat & upadate dashboard penawaran dan procurement dari source data S&OP
• Memonitor proses procurement dari Penawaran-inbound secara harian, mingguan dan bulanan
• Menggali insight/ issue dari pencapaian KPI tim, membuat report dan dapat memberikan rekomendasi planning berdasarkan temuan tersebut
• Berkomunikasi dengan divisi lain yang berhubungan dengan procurement
• Memastikan dan melengkapi dokumen vendor sebelum dan setelah transaksi
• Menganalisa performa vendor, harga beli dan situasi pasar
• Memastikan end to end process Procurement berjalan sesuai dengan SLA
• Membuat pengajuan terkait budget bulanan tim Procurement dan report dari aktualisasi penggunaan
• Kolaborasi dengan Procurement tim di lapangan

• Monitor  and co - ordinates on materials shortages, expediting and ensuring availability to support production plan
• Maintain and improve system, process and workflow to maximize accurate inventory records
• Check and ensure completeness and consistence of purchase orders, contracts and shipping list for the entire for the inventory process
• Track order and investigate problems
• Ensure the whole supply chain is in order so as to smoothen the operation
