• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OPERA, and Loss Prevention-related software.
• Knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, fire safety protocols, and maintaining a criminal-free and good driving record.
• Preferably certified in Garda Pratama, Garda Madya, Garda Utama, along with relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and Alcohol Awareness

1. Membuat rencana kerja strategi penjualan, distribusi dan aktifitas promosi nasional.
2. Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target, implementasi dan efektivitas aktivitas promosi area.
3. Mengevaluasi kegiatan promosi & ketersediaan produk di outlet.
4. Memimpin aktivitas Sales & Promotion area.
5. Membangun tim yg kompeten.
6. Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja semua bidang dibawahnya, dan melakukan tindakan solutif serta perbaikan, untuk membuat kinerja terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu.
7. Melakukan perjalanan Dinas di area tanggung jawabnya.
