We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Agri Commerce and Partnership Lead to drive business growth in our Agri-commerce initiatives. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, engaging with stakeholders, and leading sales efforts to maximize opportunities in the agricultural sector.Â
What you will do but not limited to:Â
- Leading Agri-Commerce and Partnership team and responsible in achieving the sales target/OKRs.Â
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with partners in the agriculture sector to drive sales, business growth, sustainability and managing the Account Receivable (AR).Â
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings.Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions tailored to partners and customers.Â
- Lead negotiations and secure contracts with major clients and stakeholders.Â
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and adjust approaches accordingly.Â
- Present sales reports and forecasts, and track performance against targets to management.Â
- Bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.Â
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and partnership management, commercial and/or business development.Â
- Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships in the agriculture sector and has network and/or proven track record on various commodities in Agribusiness industry. Â
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Â
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Â
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.Â
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.Â
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics.Â
- Passion for agriculture and a desire to make a positive impact in the sector.Â
