The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital adoption while ensuring product growth across assigned products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth and Marketing Strategy:
• Collaborate with business units to design and implement marketing initiatives for customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop strategies to increase active user base and drive transaction frequency for key products.
2. Digital Adoption:
• Lead digital adoption efforts for the mobile app and specific products, driving installs, registrations, and sustained usage.
• Identify and address barriers to digital engagement, tailoring initiatives for different customer segments.
3. Campaign Execution:
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives to meet KPIs.
• Leverage data insights to optimize acquisition and engagement efforts across channels.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with product, business development, and customer experience teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.
• Act as a bridge between marketing and operations to ensure smooth implementation of campaigns.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Use analytics to monitor customer behavior and campaign performance.
• Generate insights to inform future strategies and enhance ROI.

• Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or digital-first companies.
• Proven success in growing digital products or financial services offerings.
• Preferred Background:
• Previous business experience in lending products, investment products, or payment products
• Previous roles in product management, marketing, business development, or sales management.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, or digital adoption initiatives.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

• Membuat rencana kerja yang terarah guna mencapai sasaran sales target yang meliputi pembuatan rencana kunjungan.
• Menjelaskan, memasarkan dan melakukan penjualan produk.
• Melakukan Visit / Kunjungan ke Customer (Dokter) secara teratur sebagai follow up untuk mengetahui hasil kerja dan stock produk.
• Menguasai Area kerja dengan baik.
• Mencari Customer (Dokter) baru di area yang telah ditentukan.
• Menjaga dan Menjalin Hubungan baik dengan User Terutama Dokter dan bagian pengadaan.
• Bersedia kerja di lapangan dan terbiasa dengan target.
• Membuat laporan Daily dan Weekly Report dengan lengkap dan jelas untuk dilaporkan ke direktur.
• Melaksanakan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan D3/S1 Semua Jurusan.
• Umur Maksimal 35 Tahun.
• Mempunyai jiwa berjualan yang sangat baik.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun sebagai Sales/Marketing dan diutamakan di bidang kesehatan.
• Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
• Mampu membangun dan bekerja sama dengan tim.
• Bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan memiliki attitude yang baik.
• Memiliki jiwa Leadership dan Communication-skill yang baik.
• Dapat mengoperasikan komputer (MS Office & Internet).
• Memiliki kendaraan sendiri Motor & SIM C yang masih berlaku.
• Diutamakan berdomisili Jakarta dan Tangerang.

• Bertanggung Jawab untuk lebih dari 1 (satu) toko modern / tradisional yang ditunjuk
• Melakukan aktifitas promosi dan penjualan
• Melakukan aktifitas merchandising seperti implementasi display dan materi POSM
• Menyampaikan informasi terkait issue di toko
