The role is based in Indonesia and is focused on selling custom engineering equipment and integrated process lines to the bakery industry.

In this role, we seek outstanding sales and organizational skills.

We also expect an excellent communicator who understands our customer’s needs ultimately be responsible for managing and growing the bakery business.

• Conducting market research and analysis
• Continually develop and aligning long-term business strategy plans & targets
• Collaborating with colleagues and industry networking
• Participating in trade shows
• Pre-qualifying sales leads and developing sales opportunities
• Reviewing RFQs and clarifying customer requirements
• Submitting proposals and developing opportunities
• Collate information regarding market pricing and expectations
• Preparing and presenting technical and sales presentations
• Continually updating CRM and forecast lists.
• Collaborate with Business Unit during contract negotiations including terms and conditions and pricing

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (e.g. Chemical or Mechanical), Food Science, Business or equivalentexperience.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in Technical B2B Sales and/or Bakery Production.
• Must be willing/able to travel to visit customers, potential clients, tradeshows and industry functions require approximately 60-80% travel
• Experience in selling custom engineered equipment and integrated process lines to the bakery industry
• Good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently as required.
• Detail oriented and have a demonstrated ability to provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products and SAP C4C
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Data Hygiene and accuracy with compliance manner
• Enter data to the Accounts Payable and Cash Management using SAP systems and produce vendor history reports, updated by daily basis
• Verifying the accuracy of vendor invoices, and processing payments (including employee expenses), as the payment terms, with high accurately, timely, and comply manner
• Verifying employee expense reports and ensure compliance with corporate policy and law.
• Review payments to ensure correct general ledger coding and authorization as well as sufficient contracts and documentation.
• Inspect paid and unpaid invoices/claims including cleared payment inquiries and check voiding to maintain accurate files and records according to company standards.
• Monitor vendor (internal & external ) balances, prepare analyses of accounts and related financial activity to produce monthly financial reports
• Communicate with outside vendors courteously and effectively.
• Assist for closing and preparing financial statements (such as income statements and balance sheets), include identifying entries from journals and ledgers that need to be recorded in SAP accounting system
• Assist for preparing documentations for VAT and WH taxes (e.g PPh Pasal 15, 23, 4(2), 26, etc)
• Assist for developing and monitoring SOP’s specifically related finance, and expenses
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy, tax government and accepted accounting practices.
• Assist for administrative, reports, any others duties and responsibilities which assigned by management
• Assist for audit, compliance, ad hoc tasks

Education / Professional Certification

• Min Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance
• Hold Tax Bravet certification (A&B) is preferable

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate accounting/financial function or in public accountant firm or related
• Familiar with SAP and Concur (employee expenses application)
• Have understanding with tax regulation

• Good analytical skills, details and accuracy of numbers
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in Power point and Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both local and English language
• Flair for numbers

Embedded Lending needs admin to handle all partners’ documentation, pre-review NDAs, Agreements before submitted to legal team 

Responsibilities:

• Pre-review NDA/Agreements of Partnership Lending Sales Team before submitted to legal team 
• Actively coordinating with other departments to process Sales Team’s agreement signing
• Create filing system for Sales Team’s agreement documents 
• Assisting sales team to create and update records of loan booking, disbursement, etc 
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives

The Role

As part of our pioneer team, you will play an important role in interacting with guests directly to provide services and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services in our store. Through our customer interactions, we aim to empower women to gain confidence through styling and clothing. Reporting into the Sales Assistant Coordinator (Lead Pixie), you will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we go into hyper growth over the next few years!

Main Responsibilities

• Create excitement in our product launches, workshops, and events for our guests.
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
• Work with the other pixie(s) to drive store sales performance under the direction of Lead Pixie.
• Working together with the Lead Pixie in ensuring daily sales target and store matrix are achieved (traffic, conversion, AOQ, AOV, ASP, etc).
• Deal with all issues that arise from our customers (complaints, grievances etc) in the best manner.

Requirements & Experiences :

• Female, Single, age 20 - 25 years old.
• 1 year experience in working as a retail store’s SPG/SA
• Good looking and fashionable
• Able to represent Love, Bonito’s unique proposition.
• Willing to be placed in any Love, Bonito’s chosen work location.
• Able to operate Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Able to get things done effectively and professionally.

• Open to working various shifts and able to work 6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays). Weekends are where all the magic happens!

Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant (Brand Pixie)

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Female, minimum 18 years old (students are welcome!)
• Good working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred (expected to have foreign tourists in our store!).
• Able to represent Love, Bonito’s unique proposition.

• Preparing invoices, sorting delivery order, and supporting pricing
  administration.
• Updating delivery control, checking cycle count, making debit note, and
  downloading barcode delivery.
• Being a personal assistant to Head of Department (HoD), such as handling HoD claim, work on business trip, etc.
• Conducting general administrative function and support.
• Assisting travel coordinator tasks.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT and information security policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
• Periodically facilitate IT and information security awareness.
• Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with policies, standards, and relevant IT and information security regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits.

• Good understanding of GRC concepts and principles of information security.
• Basic knowledge of IT Risk, information security regulations such as "Peraturan OJK Manajemen Risiko TI" lembaga jasa keuangan non Bank, or ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with information technology and security, including knowledge of security controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
