About the role

As an Admin support, you will have the opportunity to participate in important projects, create and implement strategies to enhance the adoption of new digital products for Amartha's partners across all operational areas. You will collaborate with the Field Operations team & Head Office to achieve set targets.

Responsibilities

● Performing a verification check on the submission of specimens from Point.

● Submitting specimen signing requests to the COO

● Sending specimens that have been signed by the COO to Point.

● Providing solutions for issues related to the opening of new accounts or updating specimens

faced by Point.

● Monthly recap of specimen submissions and resolutions for new account openings and

specimen changes.

The qualifications that you must have

● Open for Fresh Graduate (D3-S1)

● Have good communication skill to collaborate with cross division and field team

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office

● Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment

As a Commercial Sales Associate specializing in Aquaculture, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through acquiring and managing commercial clientele. Leveraging your passion for Aquaculture, you will promote and sell our diverse range of Aquaculture products and services, while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Actively prospect, identify, and secure new commercial client or partners within the
• Aquaculture sector
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing partners, addressing
• their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for promoting
• Aquaculture products and services.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client or partners requirements and company objectives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and close sales deals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aquaculture, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Aquaculture or Agricultural industry.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of Aquaculture products, practices, and market trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position Purpose:

To provide a pro-active, efficient, timely and relevant Tax service/support to the management and internal departments, including any ad-hoc project reports at a level of detail necessary to manage Tax effectively, coordinate with Finance and Accounting team to ensure proper bookkeeping are maintained in compliance with local Tax Regulation. Ensure Tax Compliance in place including proper Intercompany transactions, monthly Tax and Annual Corp Tax submission and payment.  Act as intermediary between consultant, local and regional in all Tax related matters for LUXASIA’s entities in Indonesia.

Description of Duties:

Taxation

• Improve quality of VAT Monthly Compliance, Withholding Tax, Tax accounting and Corporate Income Tax and ensure the compliance with Tax regulations.
• Ensure proper Taxes reconciliation including VAT and Withholding Taxes done on monthly basis.
• Monthly reconciliation of Withholding Tax prepayment and payable, VAT, prepare monthly tax returns and ensure timely collection of Prepayment Tax slip.
• Liaise and coordinate with Tax consultant for CIT calculation, and support for Tax audit. Proactive update on the status and progress to Country Finance Lead and Regional.
• Support the data requirement and review Transfer Pricing Documentation.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Tax
• Possessing 4-8 years of working experience
• Brevet A & B certification preferrable
• Proven experience in Managing and handling Tax
• Working knowledge of Accounting Software
