Sebagai Manager Komunikasi Publik di Kartu Prakerja, Anda akan memainkan peran penting dalam membangun dan mengelola hubungan yang baik antara perusahaan dengan publik, termasuk media, mitra, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. 1. Mengembangkan strategi komunikasi perusahaan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan;
2. Merancang dan melaksanakan kampanye komunikasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang Kartu Prakerja;
3. Memimpin tim komunikasi untuk menghasilkan konten komunikasi yang konsisten dan berkualitas tinggi;
4. Mengelola hubungan dengan media, termasuk merespons permintaan informasi dan mengatur konferensi pers;
5. Bekerja sama dengan berbagai departemen untuk menyampaikan pesan komunikasi perusahaan secara efektif;
6. Mengukur dan melaporkan dampak dari aktivitas komunikasi yang dilakukan;
7. Memantau tren komunikasi dan inovasi terbaru, serta memastikan perusahaan tetap relevan dalam dunia komunikasi yang berkembang pesat;

1. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang relevan dan 2 tahun pada posisi leader;
2. Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan komunikasi, atau jurusan lain terkait;
3. Pemahaman mendalam tentang media dan tren komunikasi terkini;
4. Kemampuan untuk merancang dan melaksanakan strategi komunikasi yang efektif;
5. Kemampuan untuk bekerja di bawah tekanan dan mengelola proyek dengan batas waktu yang ketat;
6. Kreatifitas dan kemampuan berpikir strategis;
7. Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim dan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak;
