As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that can support multiple customers and tenants, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. In this role, you will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to design and implement cloud architecture that meets the unique needs of our multi-tenant environment. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable infrastructure, defining security controls, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions for multi-tenant environments.
• Define and implement cloud architecture best practices for multi-tenant systems.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure efficient and effective deployment and management of multi-tenant environments.
• Implement infrastructure as code, using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Define and enforce security controls to protect customer data and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of cloud providers and technologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud architecture and multi-tenant systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with expertise in multi-tenant environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architecture for multi-tenant systems.
• Proficient with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Manage sales leads in term of customer solution architecture and business calculation (SRF, JL, IoM, TRF and survey)
2. Manage improvement for some of key area where can improved opportunity sales lead reference to customer needs such as network improvement suggested, open for new coverage area or data center, equipment technology refer to market trend and optimizing cost deployment
3. Manage customer needs and scope replicate to internal order process (technical proposal and technical tender compliance)
4. Manage improvement analysis and assessment of our existing infrastructure and technology to support more gathering sales lead (reference data base on Trouble ticket, revenue base, and sales target area)
5. Manage justification request for any customer leads refer to our existing infrastructure and technology including EoS of required  
6. Manage technical budget enterprise sales directorate reflected to sales target
7. Support compliance legality of customer order (PKS or term sheet)

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or other related major
• Minimum 4 years experience in Telecommunication / ISP Industry
• Have certification Have OSCP ; OSWP

What you will be doing:

• Work in conjunction with business presales and sales execs to define state of the art payment processing architectures.

• Build and present customized demonstrations of the Payment solution.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the customers Architecture, resiliency, RPO, RTO requirements within the specific payment context.

• Liaison with other departments (e.g. Product Management, Architecture, Implementation, Marketing, Development) to create a virtual account team.

• Work with the sales execs to develop and maintain a long-term strategic Account Development Plan

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise level, application software architecture with proven experience in Cloud or Payments

• Prior experience developing proposals, demos and presentations for customers

• Ideal candidate would have experience in enterprise payments architecture, building payments solutions or FI payment operations

• Able to present technical, architecture and resilience concepts in clear manner to customers through demos and proposals

• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills using the MS Office suite (emails, documents, presentations), with rigorous attention to detail

• Strong presentation skills and public speaking

• Excellent problem solving skills; ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets

• Experience in Wholesale Payment Systems and how banks use Wholesale Payment Systems

• Experience with Cloud providers AWS or Azure

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and technology

• Toolset/Technology Skills
