• Membuat purchasing order sesuai dengan permintaan pembelian (PP) dana tau purchase order (PO) sesuai limit strock barang tertentu dan memastikan kedatangan PO sesuai dengan tanggal kirim/DT
• Mencatat semua pembelian yang dilakukan
• Memeriksa fisik barang dating disesuaikan dengan spesifikasi dari purchase request (PR) : jika diperlukan berkoordinasi dengan pembuat purchase request (PR)
• Memastikan catatan mutu terdokumentasi dengan baik

Melakukan pemilihan (picking) barang sesuai dengan pesanan yang masuk.

Menyusun barang-barang yang sudah dipilih dan mempersiapkan untuk pengemasan atau pengiriman.

Memastikan akurasi barang yang dipilih sesuai dengan daftar pesanan (order).

Memeriksa kondisi barang sebelum dipilih dan memastikan kualitas barang.

Menggunakan alat bantu gudang (seperti hand pallet, trolley, atau forklift) untuk memudahkan proses picking.

Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan area kerja di gudang.

Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan terkait dengan operasional gudang.
