Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor AP/AR
• Maintain accounting journal, general ledger, balance sheet, and PL
• Perform monthly and annually financial statements
• Assist in general financial management and analysis

Responsibilities :

• Melakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan mobil saat terjadi terjadi kerusakan.
• Membangun sebuah mesin sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
• Merawat mesin, agar tidak terjadi kerusakan atau bahkan gangguan tertentu.
• Memperbaiki atau melakukan reparasi pada mesin, jika sewaktu-waktu mesin tersebut mengalami gangguan atau kerusakan.

• Meninjau laporan keuangan dan laporan perpajakan bulanan
• Membangun hubungan dan berinteraksi dengan klien untuk memberikan perencanaan, konsultasi tax & accounting
• Mengelola penyediaan pajak dan proses kepatuhan pajak
• Menganalisis catatan keuangan klien untuk tahun keuangan terakhir 
• Meminta informasi tambahan dari klien untuk memproses perpajakan
• Memberi nasihat kepada klien tentang undang-undang perpajakan dan cara memenuhi persyaratan

• Meninjau laporan keuangan dan laporan perpajakan bulanan

Melakukan pengolahan data dan pembuatan jurnal akunting

• Perform risk assessments across functional areas and maintain operational risk.

• Participate and assist with development of systems to facilitate risk monitoring and risk improvement by ensuring that the risk identification process is aligned with the Groups targets and objectives.

• Assist with the development and implementation of compliance plans and programs.

• Assist with the development of the strategic plans to achieve agreed targets and effective planning.

• Prepare Compliance Program Reports for top-level management based on internal reviews.

• Identify the shortfalls in and/or potential improvements to policy and process; assess effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and implement required changes.

• Maintain internal company procedures to ensure that our staff is kept up to date regarding any modifications to existing compliance PP, SOP, tax regulation, applicable laws, government regulation and industry standard.

• Coordinate and conduct Compliance Program and project as assigned.

• Prepare Compliance Working Paper and Reports on timely manner.

• Escalate major finding or issue to Compliance Leader.

• Monitor, review and analyze deficiencies and irregularities to provide effective solutions.

• Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.

• Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.

• Achieves and exceeds goals in KPI, Budget, Team’s Goals , etc.

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min IPK 3.0 majoring in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in audit field.
• Experienced in handling hospitality client and SAP accounting software is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in internal controls, observations and giving recommendations for business process and control issues as well as its operations
• Having a strong logic, analysis, problem solving skills, initiative, team work, strong sense of responsibility, and integrity.
