Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

• Membuat purchasing order sesuai dengan permintaan pembelian (PP) dana tau purchase order (PO) sesuai limit strock barang tertentu dan memastikan kedatangan PO sesuai dengan tanggal kirim/DT
• Mencatat semua pembelian yang dilakukan
• Memeriksa fisik barang dating disesuaikan dengan spesifikasi dari purchase request (PR) : jika diperlukan berkoordinasi dengan pembuat purchase request (PR)
• Memastikan catatan mutu terdokumentasi dengan baik

• Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
• Merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
• Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
• Dealing with merchants in order to support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement.
• Identify, research and maintain relationship with merchants.
• Analyzing market update, developing sales program based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity.
• Researching ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples : missing features,
• improvements, client feedback)
• In charge of creating partnerships with brand, online merchant, payment gateway or other partners in regional.
• Have a depth understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership.
• Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.

• Melakukan penawaran produk Mceasy  melalui telepon/teleconference kepada calon customer atau leads yang telah diprovide oleh Lead Generator

• Setting meeting discussion dengan perwakilan calon client untuk menjelaskan lebih detail terkait keunggulan dan fitur product Mceasy  

• Melakukan follow up terkait penawaran yang telah dilakukan kepada calon clients 

• Berkolaborasi dengan Business Development Specialist untuk mengumpulkan feedback, handling objection, sampai dengan dealing process selesai 

Job Descriptions

1. Melaksanakan kegiatan penjualan dan marketing kepada distributor bahan bangunan di luar pulau
2. Melakukan aktivitas penjualan produk secara retail sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan
3. Mengelolah dan monitoring terhadap piutang distributor untuk memastikan pencapaian target inkaso
4. Melakukan monitoring dan menindaklanjuti kegiatan promo yang sudah diberikan kepada distributor guna memaksimalkan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk
5. Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan distributor luar pulau untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sebagai mitra bisnis
6. Melakukan monitoring kinerja distributor dengan memastikan kepuasan distributor dan penjualan produk existing dan produk baru
7. Melakukan edukasi kepada new distributor dan distributor existing serta membuat problem solving atas complain pelanggan
8. Melakukan perluasan market dengan dibuktikan penambahan jumlah distributor yang menjalin kerjasama sebagai mitra bisnis

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan pengujian bahan baku, bahan kemas, dan produk jadi
• Melakukan analisa terhadap hasil pengujian
• Melakukan dokumentasi dan melaporkan hasil pengujian
• Melakukan maintain (Kalibrasi dan pembersihan alat ukur departemen RnD) termasuk lingkup 5R
• Melakukan pengembangan produk kosmetik, formula baru, existing dan product development
• Melakukan breakdown formula yang dibutuhkan untuk notifikasi BPOM RI
• Melakukan scale up formula untuk pengembangan produk baru
• Melakukan pendampingan proses produksi untuk produk baru
• Melakukan dokumentasi dan melaporkan hasil tahap scale up untuk pengembangan formula

Arranging School daily operation services:

• Room/facilities arrangement for schedule, availability in coordination with Academic 
• Managing facility/venue renting procedure with third partied (controlling the schedule and venue availability to maximize revenue)
• Managing outside vendor such canteen and FB vendor on daily basis and on certain event
• School Shuttle Bus arrangement for daily schedule and other needs for school and office
• Operational car & taxi arrangement for schedule based on needs and priority.
• Providing and arranging school and office daily needs ATK, Water, etc.
•  Supporting Academic team for providing material needs in every terms.
• Providing and arranging students’ needs daily books, uniform in SASHOP and meals (catering) in coordination with catering vendor.
• Travel Arrangement: arranging airplane & hotel for any business trip requested by academic or under GA Budget.
• Create transaction in Oracle system: Purchase Request, Reimbursement & Cash Advance Request, and Travel Allowance including the realization.
• Other administrative needs and other non-daily services for school & office

Building Facility and Maintenance:

• Maintaining building facilities to provide comfort and appropriateness in coordination with Engineering and vendor.
• Managing cleaner outsource in providing services and making sure the cleanliness of building and facility in standard.
• Managing security cleaner outsource in providing services and making sure the security and safety in standard and making sure all asset safe.
• Managing other outside vendor (pest control, pool, and elevator) to provide service and make sure all the facility maintains and working in accordance with school standards and safety.
• Plan and monitor maintenance schedule is in place in coordination with engineering.
• Doing daily walkaround in all property area to make sure all-in place in accordance with “PATROL” system application and standard and follow up any issue and making sure it will be fixed.
• Resolving complaints, problems, and requests related with building and facilities.

Budget & Inventory Management

• Take good care of stocks, inventory, and other equipment. Maintain inventory and supplies for daily operation.
• Doing Stock Opname process on monthly basis in coordination with finance and make sure stock vs inventory system are balance.
• Controlling budget vs actual on daily operation when creating PR on the system
• Assisting Academic to create PR, RM and CA on the system. 

• knowledgeable and familiar with Dapodik System
• Familiar with School Accreditation process
• Have experience in dealing with government officer in relation with Dapodik and School Accreditation process.
• Produce and submit regular and other periodic report (monthly / semi-annual / annually) regarding all activities or issues within his/her area of responsibility.
• Develop, maintain and improve the relationship with relevant parties such as school staff and teachers, students, and parents and other stakeholder, to support the achievement of the position’s targets.
• Provide administrative support in preparing and administering exam paper.
• Undertake the routine of telephone duties, take messages, and arrange internal & external appointment/meeting.
• Be responsible for the school data base.
• Recommend improvement as based on the facts faced in the school daily operations to the school principal.
• Performs other work-related duties and ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor.

• Have knowledge and experiences on Building and Facilities Maintenance
• Have knowledge and experiences on Operation, especially on school operation process
• Have skill ad knowledge on administration and inventory and also, familiar with the inventory system software

1. Finding and selecting reliable and high-quality suppliers by conducting market research, field surveys, or interviews
2. Performing stock opname 
3. Managing the import purchasing process and handling import permits
4. eviewing purchase order requests from other departments and ensuring stock availability
5. Negotiating contracts with suppliers regarding price, quantity, delivery time, payment terms, and warranties
6. Creating and sending purchase orders (PO) to suppliers and monitoring delivery status
7. Evaluating supplier performance periodically and providing feedback or suggestions for improvement
8. Completing vendor data
